Placed order online, and never received email confirmation, as stated when submitting order Attempted to contact company by phone, however phone number listed online does not work Email sent to customer service, and immediately received response stating to not contact customer service numerous times The order number I received when I placed the order does not exist when I attempt to track the order through the website Despite all of this my credit card was charged

On October 2, I ordered a shirt from Cupshe for a total of $I never received a confirmation email for my order, but my credit card was charged in the amount of $the very next day, October 3, Still, I never received an email from them, nor have I received my productI checked to see that the email did not go into my junk mail folder, and it did notHowever, I am receiving emails a few times a week for their new specials they are runningI have tried calling them on separate occasions and I will either receive a busy signal or it will ring a few times, pick up and have a loud beep, but then nobody is on the other endI have also emailed their customer service twice, with no response

I placed an order with Cupshe on 7/6/for bathing suitsMy order stated that I was eligible for 5-day expedited shippingThat same day (7/6/18) I received notification that my order had shipped, which included a tracking number via *** The shipment information states that the product was shipping from ** to ** where I liveAfter a week of the shipping information still stating “awaiting item”, I contacted Cupshe directlyEvery email I received is a different excuseThey claimed that my package was “stuck in customs”, which then I pointed out that items shipped within the US do not go through customsI have requested a refund from the company since I still have not received my order and they continue to give me the run around and refuse to refund my paymentAs of today, the shipping information still states “awaiting item” even thought Cupshe claims it has been shipped

I ordered two swim suits from this company and received one in about a weekThe second bathing suit is another storyI have emailed, messages, tweeted and commented trying to get in contact with this companyEach response I receive is a generic "please respond with your order number and we will get right back to you!" I finally received a response saying they were having customs problems and didn't know when I would receive my package, but that they would "rush" itI have requested a full refund and still haven't heard anything

Cupshe are soo bad - waited months for my itemsOne arrived, were MIA without explanation and no-one could tell me where they wereUltimately began trying to get my money back.....it took another months with lots of nonsensical back and forthRefund eventually came but they kept the shipping charges of $on a single item that was shipped on the slowest, cheapest shipping from ***Avoid this company at all costs unless you like giving your money awayOh, and the item that did arrive was not as described/designed and is not wearable(Notice too that names in review are written like Chinese names are written with surname first and given name second and reviewers with men's names describe the swimsuits as being a perfect fit.)

For future reference if your phone number was working or if your email responses would answer the questions asked instead of a generic response people would not wonder if they are being scammed or just ignored

I placed an order that was to arrive within daysI got tracking on it, but it only got as far as saying "order ready" but there is no carrier trackingI looked endlessly for a phone number; none existI emailed through their 'customer service' zen site, and have gotten zero responsesI finally found a phone number and spoke with a man who could only say "hi" and then hung up on meHe did that or timesThen the next time, I spoke with a female who could speak very little English who took my order number down, but nothing else and hung up on meNo one will answer that phone line anymoreThis company is sketchy and I would steer clearI will be making sure EVERYONE I know knows how terrible this company isAND, I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER THAT I PAID FOR!!!!!!!!

Today is 4/My order was shipped to my PO Box via UPS instead of the US Postal Service so it was automatically sent back to the sender on 4/I did not receive any notification of this until I checked my tracking #I immediately emailed Cupshe to provide an alternate address that UPS could ship to, but no one reached out to confirm the changeTheir customer service "contact me" section of the website DOESN'T EVEN WORKYou cannot send messagesAnd of course there is no contact phone number for this company eitherI decided to send a facebook message on 4/21, where I finally got a response (if you can call it that) on 4/The response simply said "Hi, sorry for the troubleYOU need to contact the shipping carrier UPS and offer them your physical address to them." As the customer, I'm pretty sure I paid for the merchant to get my item shipped to meAll I have to do is provide the address, and you figure it outWhat kind of company tells the customer to contact UPS directly for shipping information???? This company should be shut downI'm out $and STILL have no swimsuits to show for itLiterally month later
