This company will not respond when going online to file for a return even though they say that returns are no problemWhen you send an email to their customer service you get a generic response back that does not answer your questions and the phone number that is provided on their site does nothing but ring or send through a one beep at all hours of the dayI am not certain at this point if I will ever get the chance to return this itemThe online reviews on this company are awful...wish I had checked that before placing the order
I ordered from this company a month ago I received the items that did not work, sizing was completely misleading Horrible product! I had to pay for shipping to ship back the items that they were originally trying not to refund me for I demanded a refund and they told me to send back the items It's now been weeks and they sent me an email stating that my refund was issued and right after that, they sent me an email stating that refund would be issued because they could not find my account When I had ordered my items, I went in to check shipping details because it was taking a while to receive my items and when I logged into my account, it stated that I didn't have an order history Now they are giving me the run around and refusing to refund me They are a company and should be able to locate my information and order, especially when they have taken my money and not wanting to return it

I am extremely upset with Cupshe's customer serviceI bought a swim suit from there (Cupshe Fantastic Trio Stripe Bikini Set - S / Multi Color), ordered on June 2017, and received on June According to Cupshe's website, under Return & Exchange conditions, it should be "easy to initiate a refund or exchange in days after delivery" and that "items can be returned or exchanged generally for any reason, quality, or size problems or other reasons accepted by our customer service"
I assumed "days after delivery" meant the days after I received my item (which was on June 2017) rather than the day I ordered, meaning I would have until July to returnI emailed Cupshe today on July and instead of getting a real person emailing me back, it was an automated chain of messages saying 1) We can offer 50% partial refund of your return items value with no need of returning the items 2) We can also offer you a 80% store credit of your return items value to

I made two separate purchasesOne on 10/13/ and one on 10/16/Neither of these transactions were confirmed via email although the money was instantly taken from my bank acct I tried to call several times and get a busy signal

I informed them that I was not interested in any of the options and wanted a mailing address to send my returns to I demanded a full return to the original payment methodAfter several other offers, which I was not interested in, they provided me with the warehouse address of Receiver: EL GCRMA Company: EL GCSS 115, Return address: *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***My package shipped and arrived at the post office at Monroe Township on 7/6/It has sat there for days without any activityI am following up with the Post Office, but after reading several other Revdex.com posts, I believe I was tricked by CupsheThey are being completely untruthful when they say on the website that its "Easy to initiate a refund or exchange in days after delivery." The website clearly states that it is "easy to initiate a refund or exchange in days after delivery"I have been working via email with the company for wel over days, and they seem to drag on the email exchange while failing to provide clear direction on my request to return their product unusedI don't mind paying the shipping fee for a return, however, I am not able to get clear instruction from them on how to return the productAgain, the website says the following:
