I ordered swimsuits thinking I would have no problem returning them if there were issuesNone fit correctly and I have been trying to return
They have this chat option but no one is ever online , despite it saying they are always open I emailed the company with the photos, tracking number and everything asked of me They gave me options to keep for a coupon, keep but only receive partial refund or refundHowever , it seems impossible to get this returnedthey do not give the address to ship back to and take forever to respond
I will not be using this company again and am out almost $because of thisI should have goggled the reviews on returns as this company is notorious for this

Like many others, I have been completely unable to get a refundTheir website clearly states "Easy to initiate a refund or exchange in days after delivery." I NEVER would have bought from them had I known how difficult it would be
I received my delivery on 6/19/It came without a return label, which is poor customer service but that I can at least get by
I emailed them on 6/asking to initiate a return, and they emailed me on 6/with the following canned email: Telling me that they need the specific reason that I want to return, and that they wanted to offer me a coupon (why would I ever want a coupon instead of a refund) or a 50% refund to not return the items, which also sounds so fishy
I emailed them back immediately (6/22) with my order number, a list of the items I wanted to return, and telling them I wanted to return the items and get a FULL refund
Can you guess what I got back? THE SAME CANNED EMAIL RESPONSE AS ABOVE to give them all the information

I placed an order 9/3/16, my credit card was chargedWeeks later I emailed the company customer service agent asking for an updated shipping estimateThey replied to give them more time as they are backloggedAfter another week I called only to find that the phone number listed is not in orderI have emailed them times asking for a refund and I just keep getting an automatic response directing me to their website customer service email address

I purchased two swimsuits with Cupshe.com a little less than a month ago using my *** account I never received a confirmation email or receipt via Cupshe The only evidence I have is via the deduction from my bank account and my *** receipt I received the swimsuits in a timely fashion (about week) Unfortunately, they were about one size too big, so I began the process of an exchange via the website However, I could not proceed with the exchange because an "order number" was needed Since I never received an order number via email nor was there any receipt with the actual package, I was unable to process or send my items back for exchange I tried to call customer service several times, but I have never been able to get through to speak to some one I sent an email to customer service stating my issue I received an immediate response telling me to check my spam folder for the receipt I checked my spam folder and other folders, and I still do not see an email conf

I paid for three-day shipping but the order arrived late and items are missingUpon contacting the customer service asking for refund back to my credit card, they offer coupon to their websiteThis is unacceptable as they advertise they refund credit tooThis is a advertisement, as the seller deliberately make the return process as complicated and time consuming as possible to make consumers to give up asking for refund
They charged me full amount knowing the order is partially fulfilled because some are out of stockGiven the situation, I reached out asking for refund for unshipped/out-of-stock item but they again, offered coupon only
My review of their poor service cannot be uploaded on their website, a direct violation of Consumer Review Fairness

We requested a refund for a return and we were promised that in writing by email We returned the items in late April and have yet to see a return Order number ***, four items returned:
Cupshe Keep on Hoping tank Bikini Set - M/Blue for $each
Cupshe Collect Shells at Beachside Cross Bikini Set - M/Grey for $each
Cupshe Bloom in the Dream high waisted Bikini Set - M/Multi-color for $each
Cupshe Match Mousse Solid Bikini Set - M/Olive Green for $each

I ordered a sweatshirt for a gift on 9/11/I received a confirmation email that evening with order # ***I waited the 4-days that it said it would take to be delivered and nothingI have called the customer service number, times (during their limed time open) and have never had my call answeredI have sent multiple emails requesting either a shipping tracking number or a full refund with cancelation within hoursThe only response I received was a generic email stating my email would be responded to in approximately days! Please look into this horrible company I feel like I was just scammed by Nigeria or something as the automated email response was not grammatically correct I am glad the sweatshirt was only $and change but what about the people who spent much more?
Each piece on their website says that returns are "easily" made within daysThat is an outright lieThere's no phone or address on their website (very odd) - I wish I saw that before orderingThe only instruction for returns on their site is to email themIt takes them ages to respond, and each response doesn't get you anywhereIt took emails to get a return processed (no exaggeration)- and the process took almost a MONTHOnly the third to last email from them provided any sort of instructionOther things that are utterly insane for online ordering in 2018:
- They ask you to manually type out the SKU numbers for products you want to return (how do they not have their own record of this?)
- Then they proceed to respond to emails after several weeks go by with no response (even with follow up emails requesting that they respond)
- Then they prolong the process by asking if you want to keep the items and get a partial refund (even after you clearly emailed saying you want to return the items, multiple times)
- Once you get the shipping address after weeks of nonresponse, they ask you to send them the tracking number AND notify them when it arrives (this should be the job of the company/vendor, not the customer)
- Then even at the end, they ask if your refund should go to the original card used (even if you have clearly stated that multiple times in previous emailsBesides this, they only publish star and star reviews on their website, which is incredibly misleading - they don't state that they filter reviews on their websiteVery misleadingAdditionally, they delete all negative reviews on their Instagram and Facebook pagesThere are usually a ton of bad reviews that last a few hours before someone from Cupshe deletes themThis is a dishonest company
