I've sent emails through the link they provide and get an automated responseThey do not answer the phone number they provide and the "Chat with us now" link does not respond I purchased suits that do not fit and am trying to returnI attempted to contact them only a day or two after I received the package
I ordered a shirt in SeptemberI received an email saying it was back ordered and was expected the end of SeptemberIt is now the end of October and have yet to receive my shirtI have tried to call but no service number worksI have also sent an email and have not received a replyI just want my money back or the shirt to be delivered
I ordered from this company on Dec31, and have yet to receive any items although they were supposed to be delivered within two weeksI have tried multiple time to get information from the companies customer service but have been repeatedly told that the items have shipped, although the shipping information from the carrier does not existThey will not issue me a refund until I snd he items back, but I don't see how I can return items that I most likely will never recieve
I placed an order online with www.cupshe.com on 9/24/I never received a confirmation email, they already collected the amount due, I have not received my product, nor am I able to get a hold off them via email or phone I did receive a private message from them via *** asking for my email but never any other communication

This company misrepresents their refund policy and I want other consumers to be awareBefore buying a swimsuit from them, I checked that I could return the product if it didn’t fit rightOnline, it says return or exchange - greatI received the product (days after I oredered it) and was happy with only one of the two swimsuitsThere was no packing slip or acknowledgement of the return process in the package, so I emailed the companyThey told me I could get a coupon to exchange the swimsuit for another swimsuitWhen I challenged this, they told me I could get an 80% partial refund, a full refund if I paid for the return costs, or a couponIf thsts their policy, then it should be posted clearly onlineAlso, I submitted a review for each product and can’t help but notice that the only reviews on their website are the glowing star reviewsThey clearly filter out anything negative, which makes them even more untrustworthy
Cupshe is borderline a scam companyLike many other reviewers I ordered two swimsuits, neither fit, and then I was surprised by the return policy that is not clear anywhere on their websiteI went ahead and got the coupon for 100% of the value of my purchase because I honestly didn't think I had a choiceSo I had a coupon for $and ordered one swimsuit for $21.00, with the intention of ordering a second one after I received my replacement to make sure the size fitWhen I tried to order my second swimsuit the coupon code didn't workI emailed the company three times over four days before I received a response"Jesse" said my coupon code had already been usedNo where in the original email about the coupon code did they say it had to be used in a single purchaseI haven't heard back since I emailed asking for an explanation/resolutionThere is not a customer service number to call and get these issues resolvedThe swimsuits are pretty crappy, which isn't surprising since they are so cheap, but the customer service is horribleClearly they know how to rip people offAlso, they're website uses only and star reviews, so even if you gave a bad review it wouldn't be used to educate others on the poor practices and products of this company
I ordered $worth of clothing items and when they arrived they were nothing like the picture on the websiteThey had no tags and look like they came from a sweat shop or Salvation ArmyThey were all junk and unusableThere was no paperwork to return the itemsCupshe is a total SCAM!

I placed an other on 9/and did not receive any sort of confirmationI tried contacting via cell phone and never received a response from anyoneTrying to get in contact with someone via email was just as difficult
After days I turned to *** to ask to see where my order was (especially since they withdrew the full amount from my bank account days after online order)
I still do not have my order, we are approaching a month, and while on *** they provided an explanation and order number, it was very difficult to get in contact with these people
Apparently a product was not in stock and that was not reflected online at the time of purchase, that is what is delaying the orderBut again, no email confirmation - no responses when I tried to reach out to them and I had to tweet them to get a response!
I placed two orders for clothing with this company at the same time, over $worth When they arrived they were ill fitting and not at all the quality of the photos shown I paid an additional $to have them shipped back with return signature confirmation They continue to ask for silly things, proof of return, I sent the postal codes and signature confirmation, they continue to state they don't know clearly what I returned so how can a refund be processed This looks to have been a problem for lots of people as they continue to scam customers My question is, I am probably just out the money, but why is this "business" not being shut down, they are fraudulent!

Have been trying for weeks now trying to find a phone number that someone will answer to get the details on how to return somethingFYI CUPSHE: Reputable companies put return info, return labels and customer service phone numbers with their orders! This company did none of that, which is sketchy to start withI doubt I will ever be able to return the cheap swim suits I purchasedThey say on their website to email their customer service with bar code photos of the merchandise-I did that twice & still have yet to hear back from anyone with the required "authorization number" they say you need to return, not to mention the address of where to send backWorst company ever!
