I placed an order on line for an item from cupshe I never received a confirmation of my orderMy credit card was charged $on 9/6/ On 10/6/I contacted the company by email explaining that my item had not arrived but my card had been charged I received a reply that the item was most likely on back order to wait another 7-days or I could request a refundI decided to wait a little longer however on 10/16/I decided to ask for a refundMy item still has not shipped, I have not received a refund, or even gotten a response to my request for a refund On 10/22/I again contacted the company by email requesting a refundStill no response or refund
On September I ordered a sweater from CupsheThe order number is #*** and my credit card has been charged for the itemI have not yet received the item and I have sent an email to Cupshe inquiring about the purchaseI have not received a reply after sending the email two weeks ago

I want to get a refund on some items purchasedI emailed the company as their website instructsAnd they offered me store credit, over and over againI declined every time, and they kept offering more creditMany many emails later, quite annoying and time cionsuming, they told me where to send the items, I did, and they still won't process the refundThey are still offering me store creditI just want my money backI see in their *** page that I am not the only customer who is dealing with thisThey site says, easy rerunsIt's been months now and I just want my money back

I have contacted business multiple times in the past month with no reply from CUPSHE that is not an 'automatic' reply email I have complied with their return practices and still have not received word about next step on return policies/practices The items I ordered (which took many weeks to arrive) were horribly sized and need to be returned I have not received any next step on their return procedure
I am terribly sorry for the problem you encountered. This the first holiday season shopping peak traffic we experienced and we did have some
shipping and tracking issues. We'd like to refund the full amount of the two shirts you ordered. Please send us your order number. If you cannot find your order number, please go to our website to find the catalog numbers for the two items you ordered so that we can quickly determine the refund amount.
You have two options for a full refund. 1) Returning the items to: Cupshe LLC, * *** *** *** *** ** *** Since we have paid cost of shipment to you for this order, returning shipment cost is your responsibility for this option2) Deduct about half of the return postage from your refund (in tour case, let's say $5) and then you do not need to return the items to us. You can either donate these items to a charitable foundation or give them to a friend. That would both save you some return postage and help us recover part of the cost of the shipment to you Please let us know which option is better for you

I placed an order with this company which included three clothing items on march 14th of I paid a faster shipping fee that will allow the product to arrive to me in a max of days I have continuously contacted this company through email and attempted through phone but no one answered, several times I also tried an online live chat they have on their website and got no answer from a representative I finally got an email reply back that stated that they have an issue fulfilling one of the items in my order and will try to send it out my order as soon as they have it available I requested my money back from the shipping since it still has not arrivedThey have not sent any of my items but yet they have charged me for the order

I ordered two bikinis, similar styles, which arrived separatelyI'm a short, petite girl, who normally fits into xs/s bikinis no problemCupshe doesn't offer xs, so I ordered smallThe first one the bottoms are great (definitely an xs size in my opinion), but the top was very loose, and the colours were VERY different from the pictureThe second bikini, also a "small", wouldn't even stay on my body because it was clearly two sizes too largeThe bottoms were outrageous, and the top's band didn't even touch my skin it was so largeI've contacted them about the first bikini for a return, they replied and asked for details which I providedNever heard backWhen the second bikini arrived I emailed them again, twice - once forwarding the previous email I sent, and another lodging another return request (they don't provide return details until they approve you)Haven't heard back whatsoeverThese items are very cheap, the clasp on the top is plastic, and would break in repeated water exposureThey're completely different sizes even though they're both "small"The website is not offering a refundAbsolutely disgusting service

I ordered a sweater from them and the product that I received wasn't not even near what I ordered---totally difference sweater all together!!
