I would like to return an item but there was no packing slip with the item You have to contact their customer service dept but they don't respond I have been trying to return and get a refund since January

Horrible customer serviceI bought bathing suits knowing there was a possibility I would need to return them due to fiti looked up the return policy before buying and there was nothing that told me it would be a negative processIT HAS BEEN HORRIBLE! after asking for a refund, they said they can't give me a full refund, even though the website says they can as long as the criteria fit, which it did for me, so then they said they would provide me with a "hassle free return" where I would get most of my money back and that I didn't have to return the suitsNot great, but finei was willing to accept that after going days not hearing back from themNow after accepting their offer to somewhat return my money, I have not seen a credit on my card and I cannot get a response from themSuch a scamhow can they just take our money? I wish I never ordered anything from themAll I want is my refund and a response as to when I can expect it and a confirmation that a refund has been processedWHY is that too much to ask from a company?

I have been trying to reach this company via FB and their website email several timesTheir site claims that you can cancel an orderWhich is what I wanted because I found another suit I wantedIt was shipped anywayAnd my email address was incorrect and wanted it fixedThis was 7days ago and nothingI got my suit I don’t even want to try it on I just want a return, all because their customer service is so terribleI would rather pay more somewhere else knowing I had a option to return it if I wasn’t satisfied

I placed an order with cupshe.com and they took $out of my account but never sent a confirmation email and it's been a month and I still haven't recieved my order and I have tried the only phone number they have with no answer and no emails back!!

I was billed for product that I have never been invoiced for and never received

Horrible experience with this companyI paid $ for expedited shipping which is listed as 5–days It took them two weeks to ship my order, and when I contacted them, they told me " don't worry, and be patient." I asked for a refund for shipping, and all they gave me was a store credit Also, they do not have a phone number on their websiteYou can only contact them through emailing them This company is shady and sketchy, and I recommend steering clear of them
