I ordered clothing from this website, received it and it came from China The clothing was off in sizing I requested to send it back They do not pay for return label and gave me an return address that does not exist when I tried to return Emailed them regarding the issue with no responseLooking for my money back and want people to know how bad this company is and I should have read the reviews
I ordered items from Cupshe back in SeptemberMy card was charged and I never received either itemOnce I starting inquiring for shipment dates online, I continued tobrecive generic emails stating items were backordered snd would be shipped at a later dateI then attempted to cancel the order but could not cancel without an order number, which was never sent to me
I've sent about emails requesting my order number and never get itI've never gotten a live person on the phoneI just keep getting generic emails regarding precissing and solicitation emails to see more product
My credit card was charged over a month ago and I just want it credited back
This business is a real scamI've seen horrible things alone, should have looked prior to ordering

I ordered two cardigans from Cupshe on October 3, They processed my debit card payment immediatelyDespite the fact they indicated they would send a confirmation email, none arrivedUpon investigation I confirmed that I had indeed entered the correct email address, and checked my spam folder but found no emailThe website indicated that my order remained unfulfilled and perhaps the item may be out of stockThey suggested I wait days or I could request a refund Deciding I wanted a refund, I began that process, but it is only geared toward procuring a refund for items that were shipped to youIt doesn't offer the option that your item was never processedThat said, I did my best to complete the request within their parameters, but have heard nothing from themThey also indicate that whether or not you get a refund is at their discretion

I have ordered a month ago .still no order Their telephone number isn't valid I did not receive a confirmation number When I try to log into my account it says my email isn't registered ! Not so ! I am terribly sorry for the problem you encountered. This the first holiday season shopping peak traffic we experienced and we did have some shipping and tracking issues. We'd like to refund the full amount of the two shirts you ordered. Please send us your order
number. If you cannot find your order number, please go to our website to find the catalog numbers for the two items you ordered so that we can quickly determine the refund amount. You have two options for a full refund. 1) Returning the items to: Cupshe LLC, * *** *** *** *** ** *** Since we have paid cost of shipment to you for this order, returning shipment cost is your responsibility for this option2) Deduct about half of the return postage from your refund (in tour case, let's say $5) and then you do not need to return the items to us. You can either donate these items to a charitable foundation or give them to a friend. That would both save you some return postage and help us recover part of the cost of the shipment to you Please let us know which option is better for you. Once again, I apologize for the problem you encountered and we will keep on improving our service to our valuable customers
BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered several swimsuits from Cupshe and at first I was so excited - seemed to be great suits at a great priceHowever, when they didn't fit and I wanted to return them, trouble started and hasn't stopped! When I emailed them they didn't want to give me a full refund (took several emails to get them to agree, they only wanted to give me store credit or a few dollars back - if I don't like these, why would I want to keep them or buy more???)Once they agreed to take the suits back I thought we were on to something....except now they have had the suits for almost a month with no refund in sightSuch a SCAM!!!
