I ordered a product from this company on their website on 9/I was immediately charged for the product but never given a confirmation email or order numberI tried contacting the business by email and was given a blanket email back saying to call with any issuesI've called the number numerous times and it is a dead lineI wrote another email complaining about the service and asking for a refund but the same blanket email was sent back to meI searched online and saw that multiple people are having this same issue and it appears to be a scam company

SUCH A MESS!
