I placed an order for a sweater on 8/31/and my credit card was charged immediatelyI received an email shortly after that my order had been filled with an order number and that if I didn't receive an email within days with a shipping notification to contact themI emailed them after days that I had not received any notification about my order shipping and received an email that they are very busy filling orders and to give them more daysAfter another week I emailed again stating that I would like my order to be canceled and my credit card to be refundedI received no response and have sent a follow up email since
The company did not provide me with a confirmation # or order #, refuses to give me my order # for me to process my return after several attempts of emailing and calling Makes it impossible to return an order and receive a refund The clothing items did not fit properly and were made of poor material

This company will not allow you to return items without authorization from customer service I have had to email back and forth with a Cupshe representative who has offered me store credit or a refund of approximately 1/what I paid with no need to return the items The return policy on their website indicates items can be returned for any reason I have explained that the items do not fit, I have no need to keep the items, do not want any other items (which would not be returnable for any reason - even poor quality or fit) and would like a FULL REFUND It takes approximately hours to receive a response to an email I am very frustrated
I made a tremendous mistake by not reading reviews before making a purchase from cupsheI ordered a suit that had an estimated shipping time of daysThe tracking number provided through fedex has had the item listed as "shipping label created" and no delivery date listedI contacted cupshe about this when days had passed since being notified that the package was in transitI was told that there was a mistake with the tracking number and reassured that the package was on the wayI was not provided with an updated tracking number and it has been days since I purchased the orderI received another message offering a coupon since that package appeared to be lostI asked for a full refund and was denied due the package being "in transit." I purchased a bathing suit from Cupshe There website states they except all returns I emailed them requesting return directions They would not send me instructions After multiple emails they continued to pressure me to accept a coupon to purchase another item from their site I kept telling them I just wanted to return the item After approximately emails to them, I finally received an email with an address to return the item to I was told to return it in 3-days even though the website clearly states all returns accepted within days The representative stated please "offer" a tracking to expedite my refund I emailed her back and told her it was shipped Today I receive an email from a different representative stating he WILL NOT give me a refund without a tracking number I have already sent the package and I did not purchase a tracking number as it was not indicated I would not receive my refund if I didn't send it These people have been very uncooperative

This company is a scamI ordered a dress I found on Pinterest on September 19th and my card was charged $I received NO confirmation email, and have not received the dress and no idea when it's comingI emailed them and they reached back out saying "sorry please bare with us for 10-business days because we are waiting for the dress to be in stock."
