I am rejecting this response because: Due to the poor service from this company I have disputed the charge with my credit company and had it charged back to my credit card. I order a shirt 3 and a half weeks before halloween that had a halloween graphic on it. I doubt with it coming from China that it will even arrive on time. Also the company's  excuse that there is something wrong with there computer system that prevents them from sending a conformation email doesn't impress me. They are running a business and taking peoples money without providing any correspondence on what is going.
