I am rejecting this response because:I have received the order, however one of the items in the order needs to be exchanged. I followed the procedure listed on Cupshe's website by submitting an email request to Customer Service to initiate the exchange on February 26th, 2018. I sent a second email on February 28th after not receiving a response. I reached out to the company via Facebook Messenger on March 2nd after having still not received a response via email. The cost for the item needing to be exchanged is $27.99. As I have stated in my message to customer service, this is somewhat time sensitive as these items are needed by March 23rd, 2018.

Absolutely outraged by this company. I order 3 shirts from Cupshe on September 5th, 2016. I entered my email so I would be updated on the processing of my order. I then paid for my order through Amazon payments. My credit card was charged on the 6th of September, but I never received a confirmation email. Because I have not received a confirmation email, I cannot keep track of my package. Since then, I have received 4 emails from Cupshe, all promotion emails. Clearly I entered the correct email. It is now September 21st, I have waited 16 days and still nothing. Today, I emailed the company asking what the hold up was. This was their response:
"Your request (152625) has been received.
We suggest our customer don't keep on updating your mails as our system will escalate your mails into newest ones. However, our agents reply mails from the oldest to the latest, which will cause an unnecessary delayed reply."
As you can tell, there are multiple spelling and grammar errors. Not sure if I am talking to a robot or a 6 year old.

Worst company ever. It takes months to receive your merchandise, if you receive it at all. Clothing is not as represented and has a strong chemical smell. Although they say you can get a refund, they do not honor it.
