However, I believe the business in question (Cupshe) should make their return policy clear on the website. In addition, the customer should not have to send multiple emails in order to request to return items for a refund. It took several emails and hours of my time to deal with this business. Still a "bad business" in my opinion and should be further investigated as several other customers have dealt with similar issues.

Hello, I submitted the complaint to the company CupShe asking for a full refund of my products. I had to go through a lot of trouble and arguments from the company to obtain a refund. The company asked that I send the items back. Once the items were sent, they asked for a tracking number. I was not...
able to produce a tracking number from a fault of my own, the company was only going to give me store credit - for not having a tracking number. After arguing with the company about never wanting to do business with them and about confirming the receipt of my package, I was able to get a full refund for the products I returned; however, I still was not reimbursed for shipping charges. I'm still dissatisfied with this company as they should pay me back for the shipping charges I had to pay to send back faulty products.

I think that this business may be a scam. I ordered in November and can not get any information on a shipment or delivery date.
