That said, I still contend that the policy regard the item being a "final sale" purchase was not communicated/available in a transparent way. Additionally, I would have preferred a full refund (and would have sent back the merchandise) versus a partial refund. I'm receiving $8 of the $27 I spent, and do get to keep the item, however, it's too large for me (which is why I wanted to return it), so I now that this dress that's too big for me, and 1/3 of what I spent on it. It's better than nothing, but, I wouldn't call it "satisfactory." Thanks very much for your assistance.
