business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I included all the details regarding the order in my first email.  I am attaching the original email that was sent to me.  If Daily Steals needs the product/license key, I can provide that too.  I wasn't mailed any software, it was sent as a link to download. If I could use the software, I would but Microsoft said it as a matter of fact.  It was a SCAM.  I just need my money back so that I can use it to buy Microsoft Office from a reliable source.  This product/license key is null and void in the eyes of Microsoft and can't be used on any computer in the world!

Ordered iphone 6 plus from Dailysteals. Phone function does not work. Wrote them and got a reply that some will assist in 24-72 hour. 1 week has gone by no one yet get back to me. I sent reminder twice then a request to get refund. Did not receive any response.

Everything that they said was false, it took a month for chargers to be delivered only after I filed a complaint. I asked numerous times for a refund within the month and got no response which is why I filed the complaint. I see that there are numerous claims filed against your company and the customer service is non existent you only respond when you're backed into the wall!

I bought 2 pairs of shorts, they sent me the wrong size, I sent repeated e-mails to their support and received no reply after almost 2 weeks now. I have bought numerous items from them over the past few years., items were OK..but they apparently have no customer support in place. I will not buy from them again nor would I recommend them, they have no right being in business in they can not provide any product support or rectify their shipping errors.

The following email was initially sent on Feb **, 2014 from [redacted]. I am re-sending it now through Revdex.com since it seems it wasn't received.

I can assure you that the delay in your refund information posting was not deliberate and was, rather, an technical error. Our customer service team wasn't privy to the end of the system the error occurred on and responded to your return with our usual policy. If we'd better understood the root of the issue, we wouldn't have refused your return.

The customer is correct; we did not know we could do this. I have followed the instructions and fully refunded the customer. See attached screenshot to verify that we have done so. The customer should have gotten a refund email by now, which you can verify with him.
