Bought a refurbished Moto 360 46mm from Daily Steals, received in 4 days from purchase, and it looked and worked just like brand new. It seems like most of the people on here writing negative reviews are complaining about the lack description when in reality the issue is that they didn't read everything about the product, its not the websites fault is peoples ignorance.

 All 4 items were in the 7lb box because you only sent me one RMA and at no time did [redacted] specify that she was going to send two separate RMA and for me to send the items separately. All along [redacted] has been playing games giving me bits and pieces of information making me waste time repeating myself email after email.
When I went to [redacted] to send the package I had 2 separate boxes with the RMA attached to both boxes, but the [redacted] clerk told me the RMA could only be used on 1 box. I immediately asked her for a bigger box and she gave me an empty office paper box and helped me combine all 4 items into that one box. We placed the DVR in the box in the same white box it came in, and opened the box where the cameras were in and placed them in the bigger box. The cameras were all in there original white box as well. There was a total of 4 boxes placed inside the box along with the RMA Form listing all 4 items and the explanation of why they were being returned. Someone needs to verify with [redacted] what was in the box and of he is a person of integrity he will verify that there were 4 white boxes contains 3 surveillance cameras and 1 DVR. 
Also, why is it that only today after I placed my complaint dis someone respond mentioning that the DVR could not have been in the package received on 8/**/14? I have been complaining and ask for my credit for about 10 days and this is the first time that I see anything about a 2nd RMA or that they have acknowledged anything about the DVR. Why would I want to keep it if it doesn't even work, you sent me junk and I returned it to you, now I want my money. 
I have about 25 email conversations between myself an [redacted] and will be glad to provide them to anyone to prove what I am saying is true. This company is unprofessional and has no clue how to provide customer service. If my order history would not have been removed from the website perhaps this process would have been a lot different, but it had been a stressful ordeal that once I get my money I want nothing to do with them ever again.

I would like to be refunded for the timberlands too, I left them in the box, they are intact in its wrap and everything, I was so disappointed with both of them that I just put it back in the box. Nevertheless I appreciate the fact that the company is doing their best to solve this matter, thank you for that.

This item was listed as only fitting up to 10 inch mattress. as listed here "This comfortable bed set from HB Collection wraps around mattresses up to 10 inches deep." Customer was offered to return the sheets at their expense due to no error on our end.

Customers order was canceled and refunded. Item is on backorder and did not want [redacted] to wait as we didn't want to cause more frustration.

Customer wrote to us on Friday July *, over the holiday we did not respond as were were closed. Customer was emailed Monday Morning July * stating our supplier was unreachable, and we can either offer a refund or continue trying to attempt to contact the supplier. Customer then states hes contacting...

 Your response is invalid.  I received a refund from [redacted] through their complaint process, not from you!  You did nothing to help except FINALLY sending a return ingo email after I had to continually contact you!  This is a horrible experience and I will be sure to warn everyone I come into contact with to stay away from your business and I use that term loosely.  True businesses have return policies in place thst are actually followed.  Your process is a joke!

Some of the deals are pretty good, but it can be difficult to get your money back

On 12/*/2014 I ordered an iPad 4 32GB WiFi AT&T LTE (#[redacted])1 = $365.00 The iPad was advertised & avilable on the Daliy Steals web site 12/*/2014 order # [redacted]. They debited my card even though the product WAS NOT available & told me they would credit the $365 back. Daily Steals did not credit my $365 back to my card for this order.On 12/**/2014 I ordered another iPad 2 32GB WiFi+3G AT&T (#[redacted]) White = $250.00 order #[redacted]. which was also in stock, but they said it wasn't after I placed the order & they debited my card for $250. I called Daily Deals & complained right away & the $250 was credited back & to my card & posted on 12/**/2014.The $365 for order #[redacted] placed on 12/*/2014 HAS NOT posted to my credit card account. Daily Deals is a fly by night, disorganized company that should NOT be aloowed to be in business!!!! I attached PDF's of both the order confirmations from Daily Steals.
