Regarding results, we show that the customer signed an agreement guaranteeing him actions per monthHe has received a total of actions (based on 252,advertising impressions), which average about actions per monthWe have therefore delivered results for this customer as per the agreement

We're sorry to hear that this customer is not satisfied with their advertising serviceWe spoke with her on Friday 5/20, and offered to reduce her agreement to months, and also reduce the monthly costShe stated that she would speak with her advertising partner and get back to usWe are still
awaiting to hear back, we are very interested in coming up with a solution that would work for allIn checking on results, they have received actions for almost weeks of service, which is right on trackWhile no advertising service can guarantee customers, we do provide branding to local consumers and incent them to take an action (download a coupon for example) in the path to becoming a customerWe are also happy to help *** view her ad as she requested.

The customer signed an agreement with DataSphere on 6/15/for a twelve month advertising packageThe agreement was signed by the customer from Knoxville, TN area (where the customer is located)At the time of signing up for our marketing program, the customer provided our third party credit card
processor with her credit card information which DataSphere does not have access to at any timeThe agreement termination policy is clearly stated on the front page of this signed agreementWe spoke with the customer on 8/1/and came to a mutually agreeable resolution on her accountIt was explained to her at that time that since we have delivered on services rendered as per the agreement, we are unable to provide a refund

"resolve" the issues like they have been the last monthI gave them week to get my account in order and active, that week ends tomorrow and the account is still nowhere near complete and is still not active
