DataSphere on 3/2/that included an exclusive advertising spot on KARE11.com homepage for the Fridley community, *** advertising, mobile advertising and a personalized websiteAll of this was delivered as promised per the signed agreementAdditionally, the customer’s ads received exposure from 17,impressions between 3/2/and 4/24/as reported by KARE11.com, *** and the *** Ad NetworkOur websites can be personalized with content and images, but we do not build each customer a new webpage from scratchDue to this, we are able to build mobile optimized webpages for our customers that professionally designed specifically to engage consumers, and comes included in our very affordable advertising packageOur agreement clearly lists our customer webpages as turnkey and personalized, but we don’t claim to offer a custom built webpageThe customer requested to cancel on 4/24/through the buyout option and that request was processed same dayThe buyout option is in our customer agreement, and allows customers to cancel with us at anytime. Although we can not provide a refund since services were rendered as per the signed agreement, the customer’s account is closed and will not receive any further charges from us.

I am rejecting this response because:There is no functional or actual analytical data to prove that my ads are being sent, seen, and interacted with
There has been no increase in traffic to my site (per website analytical data on traffic and redirects) even though there have been multiple redirects/clicks according to your own site's data; meaning this is falsified and fraudulent data.I am seeking a dissolution of contract and refund of all money given to DataSphere for these ad services

We spoke and Peter stated he would close my account effective immediately, I didn't see this in the statement Sincerely,*** ***

We politely request that complaint *** is reopened. This customer had requested that we cancel the account and refund the payment of $169.00. We met the customer’s request and cancelled the account and refunded the customer’s payment of $on 12/21/at 2:PM PST. Since we were out of office during the Holidays, I was not able to successfully reply in time and thus, the complaint was closed as ‘Unresolved’. Since the customer’s requests were met, we ask that we have the opportunity to reopen the complaint so that we may resolve it

We came to an agreement on a refund, which was proposed by the customerThe customer agreed that if she received what she was asking for it would resolve the disputeAfter the refund was processed, the customer came back for more money after the factThe customer has already been refunded $in June, $on 11/3, and $on 11/We had an agreement, and no more refunds are justified or available.

We called the customer on June 9th and again on June 15thSince we have been unable to reach her to resolve her concerns, we went ahead and cancelled her account as of Thursday, June 15thWe sent the customer the attached account cancellation confirmationIf the customer should be interested we are still available to discuss her account, but as of last week her account is closed and she will not incur any additional charges from usWe consider this account now resolved

We've reached out to Mr *** to better understand the situationAfter the discussion we cancelled his account as of 5/3/2016, and we have authorized a refund for two months of service in the amount of $which is currently in processWe have also given him full access and rights to the
promotional video that we built for him, free of chargeWe're sorry that our advertising service didn't work for Mr ***

We worked together with our customer on a mutually satisfactory resolutionWe consider this matter now closed but please let us know if anything else is needed.
