I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meAlthough I still feel I was duped and that their idea of an action or lead is way different than mine, I am pkeplea that this is wrapped up and that I am able to terminate any future dealings with this company.

I am rejecting this response because: The representative told me when we spoke that I did not owe anything and that I was free and clear. I did not pay those months because I was mislead by DataSphere that I could cancel at any time without penalty. I canceled with them prior to to those months. I should owe nothing, and they should be refunding my funds for a complete ant total lack of achieving what they said they would do. If I tell a customer that I will trim or remove a tree and don't do exactly what I said that I would do I make it right. It is nothing more than honest business practice. DataSphere is simply scamming small business owners and reaping the benefits when we are too busy to fight them for it. Busy trying to make up for the business that we pay for which they never generate

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:1) Not once during DataSphere's sales pitches was the fee characterized as a monthly paymentNot until the contract was presented did this come to lightTo me, that constitutes a bait-and-switch - a deceptive sales practice.2) Despite DataSphere's reports of high activity on my account, I didn't get one phone call that was generated through DataSphere.3) When I called Customer Service in an attempt to identify and correct the problem, the representative gave me nothing but jargon and circular reasoningMost of the questions I asked were met with 'That's a very good question'-type answers along with 'Our service works because it's good, and it's good because it works'-type circular reasoningHe seemed to know next to nothing about the product.This phone call was sufficiently discouraging that I couldn't help feeling that DataSphere was an inferior service, and further contact with them would be wasted effort.Sincerely,*** ***
