I am rejecting this response because: We have emailed the company representative at DataSphere and accepted her offer to terminate the contract after months. They sent an offer to me at my email address and DataSphere offered to reduce the term of the contract to months and I have not yet heard back from them. We have stated that we are disputing this contract but want to get this taken care of and have accepted their offer in good faith with no response from them

We're sorry to hear that our service did not meet this customer's expectationsIn our research, we found the following:
Customer signed an agreement with us on 7/5/2016, guaranteeing him actions each month in total from the local media advertising, mobile advertising and FacebookTo date he
has received actions which average at actions each month, over the guarantee. Additionally, people have interacted with his Facebook ad and two leads are available to him.
We spoken with this customer on 9/when he asked to cancel his agreementWe worked with him and offered to cut his agreement in halfHe stated that he would have his legal team read the agreement and get back to us on the proposalWe have been awaiting his call back so that we can work with him to resolve this account
We will reach out on Monday to reestablish the conversationWe are hopeful that an agreement can be reached.

We're sorry to hear that our advertising service didn't meet the customer's expectationsThe customer signed an agreement with us on 1/25/that clearly outlined what was included in the packageWe have rendered services as agreed to per the signed agreementThis account has already been closed
to customer request, and we have also previously applied a goodwill discountWe reached out to the customer today but left a message when we were unable to reach himIf anything else is needed, we would be happy to work with the customer to discuss.

I agree with this company, I already have a complaint against the Bellvue, WA company and will keep it there as they are not resolving my complaint I have no complaint that is unresolved accept for a roofing company from long ago If this is not associated with the Bellvue, WA company, please resolve my complaint

We worked together with this customer to resolve his disputeOn 9/20/16, we cancelled his account and he received a refundThe customer acknowledged that he could have gotten better results from his program with greater participation, and so he told us that he would remove the Revdex.com complaintWe consider this dispute resolved at this point but please let us know if something else is needed.

We're very sorry to hear of this customer's experienceOffhand, we haven't been able to locate the cancellation request, the last communication in our file was received on 3/8/16, which was a question from the customer asking about ad placementThat said, we have gone ahead and cancelled this

Regarding results, we show that the customer signed an agreement guaranteeing him actions per monthHe has received a total of actions (based on 252,advertising impressions), which average about actions per monthWe have therefore delivered results for this customer as per the agreement.

customer representative by email stating I prefer all communications with them in writing ie via email since the past several phone conversations I'd had with them resulting in their representatives making promises to resolve the issue and then not following through I would like all communication in writing so as to have a clear recordI have not had an email response at this time.
