We're sorry that our program isn't meeting our customer's expectationsWe have been in regular communications with this customer, and have had ongoing negotiations with regards to the agreement that he signed on 12/19/17. His account will be cancelled as of today, 1/2/Additionally, we will refund the amount that he paid to dateA confirmation email with the details will be sent to the customer todayWe wish him the best with his future endeavors.

Account was cancelled and refund for prepaid issued on 2/8/18, sent to PO BoxIt typically takes 3-weeks so customer should receive this any day nowThis communication was also sent to customerIf not received please call us as soon as possible

agreement, we guarantee actions (consumer engagement with the advertising), but we cannot promise an increase in client baseIn goodwill, we have waived the remaining months of the agreement and waived the standard buyout feeThe specifics have been sent to the customer in an email on 6/6/

We contacted Ms*** by phone on 1/18/to resolve this matterWe discussed the details of her advertising package and reviewed the advertisements that were created for herWe also discussed the results of her campaign in which we have met the guarantee in her agreement
DataSphere does
not guarantee customers or leads since no advertising can guarantee thatWe provide the ads, video, exposure, platform, and expertise that guarantees actions (consumer engagement) but can’t guarantee that consumers will make a purchase.In the interest of goodwill, we waived the typical buyout fee and reduced her agreement in halfIn the Revdex.com complaint the customer asked for a refund "I paid $for the year, then they should refund me half of that" We agreed to her request, but then she subsequently changed her mind and requested a complete refund and disconnected the phone lineAs a final attempt to resolve this, we have proposed an additional goodwill refund of one month’s service, and we are awaiting a reply.We have delivered per our agreement and worked with this customer in good faith to resolve this dispute.

the options provided were not acceptableA team manager will reach out to her today to discuss additional optionsAlthough our customer did sign a month agreement, we would like to help resolve this issue for herAdditionally in looking at her results, she has received actions and leads to dateWe do not guarantee leads or sales, as no advertising can guarantee thatThe person who liked her Facebook ad is not an employee of DataSphere or any of our affiliatesOur results are compiled from third party sources such as Facebook, Google etcWe're hopeful that working together we can resolve this issue with our customer.

We've reached out to the customer multiple times via phone and email, and have not heard back as yetWe will hopefully hear from him soon so that we can discuss and come to a resolution for him

I am rejecting this response because: While my bank account tied to the credit card I gave this service does reflect the two $debits, there is nothing showing that reflects that they have credited the account
tied to my card. I will say that I requested the bank cancel (and destroy) my credit card originally tendered to this business for the services at issue, I have read numerous *** complaints from consumers like myself that says the person that wrote to me (see copied text below) - Erma - never comes thru on promises made to other scammed business consumers like myself. The email sent from Erma today (6/14/2018) at 1:PM PDT follows:Erma (DataSphere Technologies) Jun 14, 1:PM PDT Hello *** and ***,Thank you for the conversation todayIt was a pleasure speaking with you.We are sorry you wish to discontinue your service with DataSphere.We have set your account to cancel today 06/14/for the account #***, ***Your payment has been refunded in the amount of $for each account total $and will be back in your account in the next 3-business days.Thanks again for allowing us to work with you and I hope we can again in the near future.If you have any additional questions or concerns (866-912-7090).Regards, Erma | Customer Success Advisor We have not seen proof of this promised $refund, and the email says it has "set your account to cancel" instead of stating it was, in fact, cancelled. There are too many complaints from other consumers regarding this fraudulent company that state that Erma promised them specific resolutions to their complaint, and that, in fact, those resolutions did not occur. Consequently, this complaint will not be satisfied unless and until this "bad" company sends a check to me immediately and that check clears or my bank is successful at contacting this business for fraud and negotiating the return of my money debited from my checking account. For that reason, I would like to keep this complaint outstanding until that occurs.*** ***6/14/2018

We're sorry to hear that our customer was not satisfied with our programIn researching, we do see that the email to Sara was returned to the customer on the same day by another person on our teamWe also see that we have delivered a total of 1,actions to date, months into the agreement
That amounts to an average of actions per month (1,308/11)Normally, this shortfall of actions would be caught up in the subsequent month to reach the promised lifetime average action guarantee of average per monthIn this case, we are cancelling the program due to the customer's request, so in goodwill we will process a refund of one month serviceAs a side note, customer actions are absolutely trackable, and that is provided with our metrics which are accurate and compiled from third parties such as Google, Facebook etcWe would be happy to walk the customer through our tracking and metrics, and how the results dashboard worksIn summary, we are cancelling this account, and providing a goodwill one month refund in resolution of this dispute.
