I am rejecting this response because: That is entirely not trueI have been discussing my complaint with Jatone (Customer Adisor II)The messages have been coming from *** My responses have been going through their internal serverI have attached a pdf file of the server correspondence that has taken place thus farI'm not getting very far with this issue and feel like they are just trying to sweep this under the rugI feel like this just reinforces that this company practices their business in a deceptive manner since I have been in correspondence with them in an attempt to resolve this issue

We reached out to the customer today but was unable to reach herWe sent an email and we'll try back again tomorrowWe're looking forward to speaking with her tomorrow so that we can resolve this issue.

We contacted Ms*** by phone on 1/18/to resolve this matterWe discussed the details of her advertising package and reviewed the advertisements that were created for herWe also discussed the results of her campaign in which we have met the guarantee in her agreement
DataSphere does
not guarantee customers or leads since no advertising can guarantee thatWe provide the ads, video, exposure, platform, and expertise that guarantees actions (consumer engagement) but can’t guarantee that consumers will make a purchase.In the interest of goodwill, we waived the typical buyout fee and reduced her agreement in halfIn the Revdex.com complaint the customer asked for a refund "I paid $for the year, then they should refund me half of that" We agreed to her request, but then she subsequently changed her mind and requested a complete refund and disconnected the phone lineAs a final attempt to resolve this, we have proposed an additional goodwill refund of one month’s service, and we are awaiting a reply.We have delivered per our agreement and worked with this customer in good faith to resolve this dispute

Simply put, your advertisement program provides no new business Your company is a shame providing hope to business that agree to accept your services Your fifty "actions" are as worthless as a wrong number dialed on the telephone Your "actions" provide legitimization to fleece the public In truth, your company takes money and gives nothing in return
Now, you are welching on your cancellation offer which is #***
My bank is providing you no more money I ask you to refund my money, poorly spent on your advertising

Based on the correspondence with the customer on 12/and 12/3, we were able to reach an amicable resolution

We have reached out to the customer to resolve this complaint and our decision to terminate the agreement has not changedWe have addressed the customer's concerns, and we have offered the customer options for his 12-month contract and to work with him to improve various parts of the campaignThe customer agreed to the terms of the advertising agreement which included a 40% buyout to discontinue the service immediatelyAs an alternative, we had offered to reduce the duration of the contract as we work with him to boost the performance of the campaign.

I am rejecting this response because: I'm am still waiting for a refund of $Maybe it's because of all the businesses I do business with are NORMALLY ones that stand behind a 100% satisfaction or 100% money back if not satisfied guaranteeMajor US corporation's like Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Lowe's and the list goes onApparently Datasphere offers 0% customer satisfaction guarantee and 0% money back if you are not satisfied. So, I am still looking for $to be returned to the bank account that it came from...Am I asking too Much? If Datasphere is not a scam I would think so...but IF Datasphee is a scam I would expect more of the same runaround they have provided ever since I have know them
