We politely request that complaint *** is reopened. This customer had requested that we cancel the account and refund the payment of $169.00. We met the customer’s request and cancelled the account and refunded the customer’s payment of $on 12/21/at 2:PM PST. Since we were out of office during the Holidays, I was not able to successfully reply in time and thus, the complaint was closed as ‘Unresolved’. Since the customer’s requests were met, we ask that we have the opportunity to reopen the complaint so that we may resolve it

We have backup and evidence for all that we stateIn another attempt to continue the resolution negotiation, we reached out to the customer's father *** ***Mr *** paid for the advertising services, and we are not able to negotiate with *** *** who has been continually threatening and abusive to our staffWe are actively working with *** *** for a resolution, and feel hopeful that this situation will be resolved shortly.?

I am rejecting this response because: I informed Datasphere that I wanted all communications to be by e-mail only since it was the only way for me to have documentation regarding my issueThey sent me an e-mail stating that my policy would be terminated on 2/26/I would like to keep this file open until after that dateMy payment to them gave them automatic withdrawel from my company checking accountI just want to be sure that there are no further withdrawls from this account

We’ve tried to reach the customer to discuss his concerns, however we've both missed each other? The SEM/SEO, Social Media Management and Web Development that the customer listed is not part of our agreementOur agreement begins with KREM branding through to performance booster toolsWe do not promise to be top of the search engine listings, no one can promise that as the search engines are a separate company with unpublished algorithmsWe do however publish websites for our customers that are SEO and mobile optimizedIt does take some time for the search engines to crawl brand new sites and rank them higher in their listings, that does not happen instantly ? Before we received the customer’s Revdex.com complaint, we had already offered him a goodwill discount but the customer requested cancellation which he receivedWe sent another cancellation confirmation email this morning in case the first was not received ? This account is closed, and no further billing will occurThe customer’s ads, profile, video and website have been deactivated
