We're sorry to hear of our customer's negative experienceWe have spoken with this customer and he has agreed to a contract reduction to months ending on 8/17/In good faith, I will further reduce his agreement to end todayWe are looking into what his sales rep promised, since no advertising
can guarantee leads or customers, and we do not make that claimAdvertising builds the brand, and gets the customer's special service or offer in front the right people to engage consumers.?

We have worked together with the customer to resolve this complaint and now consider this matter completed.?

I am rejecting this response because:I was only contacted by phone by this
company twiceYesterday was the first time and I was not in the officeThe second time was today at noon during our lunch rush when I was cooking and not availableI have sent an email response today stating that I would like all communications to be in writing and not over the phoneI also stated that I would be in contact with them soon as today is Friday, our busiest day of the week, and I'm assuming they are closed on Saturdays

The customer entered into an agreement with DataSphere on 12/11/18, which was signed by the customerThe agreement is clear about services provided by DataSphere, and also what is included in his advertising packageA copy of the agreement can be found here:? ***We're sorry for how the customer feels about our programWe were trying to reach him so that we can walk him through his program and show him what he was getting in his advertising program.? The customer's account is closed, however we cannot provide a refund for services rendered.?

We’ve confirmed (as per the customer’s posted email) that the refund has been processed and will be back in the customer’s account within 3-business daysAdditionally, the customer’s account is currently closed and all advertising has been deactivated as of 6/14/The refund has been processed on our side, the customer will need to check with their bank as to when it will be reflected in their account? ? ll us why here

I am rejecting this response because:The business is continuing to reject my request for cancellationWaiting one more week before taking legal action against the business.?

DataSphere sales reps are all in Bellevue, WashingtonThe customer signed a twelve month agreement with DataSphere, entering her credit card information into a form provided by our third party credit card processorThe digital signature shows an IP address from TN, the state in which the customer livesThis account was already resolved directly with the customer on 8/DataSphere is abiding by the terms agreed to by the customer on 8/1.? ?

I am rejecting this response because the company has multiple complaints of the same nature.? They are scamming people out of their money.? They are deceitful with their sales tactics and I deserve a refund.? I have logged onto my datasphere account online and notice that they have now gone back days in February and posted additional activity for dates that were not there previously.? They appear to be able to manipulate the website to look as if actions are happening and stating that an advertisement was displayed.? I will be taking my matter to the Attorney General if they are not able to resolve this and issue a refund?

We attempted to reach out to the customer but unfortunately she was combative, wouldn't talk to us and then hung upWe have cancelled her account, but without the ability to have a productive conservation we are unable to move further into a resolutionWe are happy to speak with the customer at
any time that they are ready.? ?

We reached out to this customer, and before we could get out a few sentences, he said "good day" and hung up on usWe will need to be able to have a conversation in order to come to an agreement on dispute resolution for this accountWe are open to an email conversation, or we could try by phone
again, it is up to the customerSince we were hung up on before we even had a chance to discuss, we need to know from the customer what he would like next steps to be.?

We're sorry to hear of our customers negative experienceIn reading the complaint, there seems to be a misunderstanding as to how the advertising worksWe don't direct ad traffic to our customers website/Facebook where it can't be tracked -- but to a specially built landing page that is designed
to drive consumer action and engagementThis is standard advertising practiceWe will reach out to the customer today to provide a more indepth explanation of how the advertising works and what results she can expect.?
