The customer signed a month agreement with DataSphere that includes a mobile advertising spot on WICS.comDataSphere is the digital advertising division of Sinclair Broadcasting, the owner of WICSThe customer has not been happy with cancellation offers presented to them, and has directed us to
not contact them againIt has been difficult to resolve this for the customer since they are unwilling to speak with usThis account is now closed, and a confirmation email has been sent to the customer

She called me last week and we talked and it's pretty unprofessional to make the client feel the way I doShe kept saying so I guess you don't understand our businessHonestly I have nothing left to say to this companyIf they need anything from us, they can contact my lawyer! It's sickening that they do business the way they do.?

I am rejecting this response because:The person started out saying they were with weartv and looking for a new face which was already confusing and misleadingOn the phone said that they needed the information to make sure you were serious about the services offered to keep your spot for the opportunity, I let them know that I was busy and driving and on my way to an appt at the officeI was notnof sound mind and was very busy and distractedThey said they could not call me back due to the level of the opportunity and they’d wait on the line, and I quickly filled out the information so that I could learn more for the consultation call and didn’t have time to read itI didn’t know that was the agreement I thought that was giving them my information to keep my spot and learn more about what they offer? I was unaware that one check box would be a signed agreement considering you have to sign your name at the bottom of a document for it to be valid.?

We did not sign anything or enter anything from the computerWe received? a call from someone names Kevin? on June 15th at 9:48amHe asked would we like to advertise on FoxNewsWe listened to his pitch and thought to try itHe took all credit card information over the phoneI then had to go in and verify and confirm the details of the orderIt never talked about a contract nor a fee to terminate it is just all a scamThen you state that I am from Knoxville,TN when we are not located in KnoxvilleYou all are suppose to have my address and ALL information on file if you are really promoting and advertising for our companyThanks but we will not use you all again!

NO, there is no evidenceDataSphere is a bunch of lying thievesSending an invoice of payment to a spam account with my name (who is not even the cardholder's) inserted at the signature line, AFTER the amount has been paid in full and claiming that is is a contract where I agreed to the auto-renewal is SO UNETHICAL AND CORRUPT? I never signed or agreed to any auto-renewal payments: I never even knew about it, like many other unhappy customers? Why is this? ? Because DataSphere is SNEAKY and SHADY and a SCAM and don't tell you about it upfront like a normal, ethical, considerate company would doI never even needed DataSphere's services past Oct of ? DataSphere is LYING: I was also told there would be 'ZERO other costs or fees,' from the regrettable initial scam offer from Cameron D***, and that was a LIE? I have never 'threatened' DataSphere, they are the bad guys here, stealing and lying to there MANY unhappy customersIf myself and my father wanting our money back is 'threatening', DataSphere is even more delusional in appropriate behavior that I thought? Susan C*** also reneged her offer of a month (initial) refund, and then lied to the Attorney General that I refused that offer....the same day that I asked her to confirm if the check was in the mail? They are NOT to be trusted? They are an unreasonable and unfair company, and I am one of people who think this? The right thing to do is for DataSphere to return ALL of the stolen money to their previous trusting customer, and end this hideous ordeal? Susan C*** of DataSphere has also offered an month refund to the cardholder, (there are notes made from a conversation he had with her) last week, and until that money is received, all complaints will continue to be made public? We are waiting for DataSphere to do the right thing

Hello,We have reached out to Ms[redacted] by phone and email on 2/7/& 2/9/to resolve this complaintOn 8/30/Ms[redacted] signed a 12-month agreement for digital advertising with Datasphere.? To clarify, Datasphere Technologies is the digital advertising agency of Sinclair
Broadcast GroupWe also partner with Tegna stations to offer advertising exposure to small and medium-sized businesses.? Ms[redacted]'s package includes advertising on the article pages of news station WCSH, mobile and social media advertising, a landing page, and a personalized Youtube video produced by Datasphere.? To date, we have shown Ms[redacted]'s ads over 40,times, and she's received trackable actions.? Actions come from a variety of interactions such as video views, coupon prints, clicks, likes, shares, comments and moreSometimes we may provide contact information of a potential customer if they were to oto receive emails through a contact formThe actions and contacts can be tracked in the? Datasphere Dashboard.In regards to Ms[redacted]'s refund request, we typically do not refund when we have met our action guaranteeAs stated in the agreement she can cancel at any time with a payment of a 40% buyout which would discontinue the service immediately.What we can offer is a term reduction and reduce Ms[redacted]'s 12-month agreement to months and waive the remaining six months as a gesture of goodwill.The account would be set to cancel on 2/27/to avoid further billing.We are waiting for Ms[redacted]'s response to our proposal email.? I have attached screenshots of Ms[redacted]'s ad activity and campaign performance in the last days.?

The first thing out of the mouth of this representative of the business was that I had received over 1,"impressions" by this advertising service? These "impressions" generate no business at all? I told her I was interested in phone calls not "impressions"This is when I hung up on business
Fundamentally, business is generated from this company by the redemption of coupons? With no direction from the company on how to redeem coupons from a potential client, no new business can be expected
I am still interested in a refund, pleaseI am embarrassed to be taken in by this fraudulent company
