experienced. After speaking with Mr. [redacted] he stated that LG did come out to repair the television and it has been working up to standards since. For the inconvenience I did inform Mr. [redacted] that I will be processing and mailing him when out a gift card.

January 10, 2017Dear HH Gregg Representative:I have received your response and I am still requesting a refund due to the fact that your company needs to accept accountability for the damage done to the tv.  Your store representative did not check the item before it left the store and I can assure you it was not damaged on my part.  I returned the tv to my local store as instructed by your representative from the store in Woodbridge, VA.  You need to contact your manager at the West Broad Street, Richmond, VA store for an explanation as to why he would not accept my return.  I left the tv at the West Broad Street, Richmond, VA store in good faith that a refund would be issued.   I should not be expected to pay for an item that was damaged and has been returned to you.  I will not be picking up the item or a replacement as I wish no further dealings with your organization.  The only option if you will not issue a refund at this point is to contact an attorney and file for small claims court.  I do not understand how I can be expected to pay for a damaged item I do not have in my possession.   I ask that as in good faith customer service since the tv was returned as I was instructed that you issue a full refund so that this can be resolved in a reasonable manner.

Service has installed the new parts. Unfortunately, the freezer portion is still not working correctly. Service tech stated that they have to call hhgreg to see what the next step will be. Waiting to hear back from the service tech.

Normal Wear and Tear on furniture is not considered to be the wood on the inside of the chair completely snapping at the point where the arm meets the chair. I was not told by a rep at the location I purchased this that if I didnt have a reason why the futniture broke they wouldnt replace it. I was told that if my furniture broke for any reason that it would be repaired. If it wasnt repairable they would replace it. This is nothing but blatent and obvious failure to tell your customers what the limotations of the warrenty is, and Blatently lieing to them in order to get a sale. This is absolutely theft by business. That would be like me as a consumer purchasing something on a credit card and not paying for it. HH Gregg should replace or fix all my furniture, based on the orginal agreememt.  Revdex.com:

I am not sure how to respond. I received another email where Warrantech prorated my service plan, deducted the intitial service call fee where my stove was not fixed, and said they were mailing me a check for $20.

[redacted] I was told I lived too far for them to deliver   This is why it took me a couple weeks to get it back but I was not concerned because of the 30 day return policy I emailed Tim pics 2 weeks ago and still have had no response  I will attach pics I sent. The pics with the black lines are what it looked like before I took it back and the last is the one after I took it out in the cold   There is no damage to the outside of the screen  it is internal th outside of the screen is fine
