service plan administrator Warrantech, the records show that a repair was completed on January 10th, 2017. In order to maintain good customer relations, we are sending Mr. [redacted] a check in the amount of $60.00 for the service fee described. We ask that 1-3 weeks be allowed to receive the check. In regards to refunding the premium service plan, per the service agreement we are unable to send the request in for processing due to the warranty being used to pay for service, parts and the repair. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear.   I am very angry at this point   Ms peps never and I mean never tried to contact me .  She is a lier.  I have called him Gregg here in mentor all this week feb 17,18, and 20. They said another dishwasher came in damaged and want me to cancel my original order and reorder once again  this is abserd. I have never dealt with a bunch of liers as these individuals   My next move will be the tv to see if I can get some resokution

I have received your letter regarding [redacted] current issue.
I do apologize for the issues Ms. [redacted] experienced. The $100.00 credit was offered off the laptop that was back ordered, however Ms. [redacted] returned that laptop therefore the credit was not issued, and instead she received a full refund which went back to the original form of payment 01/03/17. Unfortunately there is nothing else that can be done at this time.
