This is the same response I have received all along from the HH Gregg store, Delivery Center, and the Corporate HH Gregg website.  The Store Manager, Delivery Center Manager, Sales Rep, and multiple employees have given me the same response, "We will send this to the appropriate person to handle and they will follow up," is what I have been told since this issue occurred.  I do not feel my complaint will be addressed appropriately or in a timely manner.  I have lost all faith and trust in HH Gregg and I do not think I should have to wait 15 more business days (three weeks) to have this issue resolved.  I also do not feel that this will be addressed accordingly by forwarding this to the appropriate place within HH Gregg.  I have been told multiple times only the Delivery Center Manager can take care of this and that has not happened.  He was unprofessional, rude, evasive, and I feel I have been bullied and purposely avoided.  I feel this needs to be addressed in a more timely manner by someone that can present themselves as a professional.  I would prefer to be contacted by a Corporate Representative within the next week.

  I have already responded to this canned, cut and paste answer in my last response.  This is exactly the same response HH GREGG sent the last time which clearly means they do not care about this issue and or their customers.  My response is exactly as was the last response sent to HH Greg except this time I am including a photo of the box that clearly says Blu-ray 3-D.  I am certain that they will continue to contend that they did not know anything about something that is clearly written on the box of the product they sold me not Samsung.

[redacted] we took the washer but the full fillment was not meant we were not supposed to be paid to take the old one we were. we were supposed to have the washer that day but the ware house was in ky. and takes a week. I called Justin has soon has I got home he said in that case because of our time we were supposed to have the store one shipped to our house from the store that day if the manger would have called and the matching dryer at no cost or and a 200 dollar credit because we did not want the warranty.  but it did not work that way we had to take the store policy and warrntech does not understand at all weve been with out a washer for a month.  because not working right. warrntech did not bother to call to see if it went okay and smotthly. we had to pay for them to take the old one, did not get the maytch dryer like Justin promised. we had to take the warranty or the store would of made us pay extra for the washer even though it was on sale.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The company HH Gregg has continued to hire to "fix" the dishwasher literally dropped the part off and has not actually installed the part.  The problem continues and due to the extensive time on the calls to wait for someone to talk to in customer service at HH Gregg, I have not been able to tell them it hasn't been fixed.  I would either like a refund and they can have the dishwasher back OR they can hire a competent company to fix the dishwasher.  I prefer the first as I would much rather never have to deal with HH Gregg again.

There was no resolution provided. The company took no accountability for their failures.  Instead, they apologized for "my frustration", but no apologize for the company's actions (or lack of) that engendered the "frustration".   Nor did they provide or identify a remediation for the inaccurate and fraudulent information provided on their website. HH Greggs continues to exhibit poor customer service and proves that they do not value the customer.

 The business provided 80% off to for this customer to buy the merchandise item sold. Therefore should go through Bose who has the Items to replace it as the customer, "satisfaction guarantee" prescribes. Bose corporation has agreed.
