However, we are unable to provide coverage.According to our records, the service plan she purchased through our store was canceled in October of 2015. As indicated in the Terms and Conditions for the service plan, the repair of issues with the shelves would not have been covered.Ms. Thompson indicated that she currently has a warranty through the manufacturer. I have received your letter regarding Mrs. [redacted] warranty issue.
We apologize for the issues Mrs. [redacted] experienced...

with her washer. Warrantech has scheduled another tech out to get a second option after which they will decide if it’s necessary to just provide Mrs. [redacted] with a credit to reselect.
If the warranty is canceled Mrs. [redacted] will have to pay for the service call and repair on the washer, along with that the amount would be prorated back from the purchase date to the post marked date. Warrantech would be the one to make the decision if the unit is repaired or exchanged and at this time that have opt to repair it.
If Mrs. [redacted] has any further questions regarding the warranty and or repair we ask that she please contacts warrantech at 877-456-9643.

Whenever I requested the refund, this merchant said it was refunded to my paypal, but paypal said the refund didn't initiate.  So I will reject until my refund will be credited into my paypal account.

They have not been out to my house to determine what is wrong with my unit. I have requested for a repair tech and they are yet to provide me with a tech. No one has determined what the issue is. For all we know it is the seal given the fact the items in the freezer continue to thaw on their own. It appears HH Gregg is claiming they have made an attempt to respond to me. They have not. I have not had one clear conversation with their company and no repair person has been sent to my house. I personally had whirlpool at my house and they wouldn't touch my refrigerator because they claim HH Gregg is impossible to work with and would not contract repairs with them. My complaint is very valid!

There was no verbal or written consent that I had agreed to keeping the incorrect tv, Proscan. The written approval through the Joliet store issued a direct replacement of the Proscan with the LG, stating it was in stock in your warehouse. By no means is this a wrong doing on my part, HH Gregg needs to assume full responsibility. If your inventory of LG was limited, that needed to be both verbally and written in communication. I will continue to pursue this argument until an action on HH Greggs part is taken to resolve the issue.
