administrator, Warrantech, has deemed the washer un-repairable and has sent a replacement credit authorization to our Vendor Relations department. We ask that Ms. [redacted] please visit her local store location and supply invoice [redacted] to the staff to use her credit. [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]Prior to the cancellation of the warranty with hhgregg, there were service problems on the refrigerator that were addressed but did not resolve the issues we encountered. Only after not getting any satisfaction from hhgregg's warranty, did I decide to switch warranties and go with frigidaire and the issues still have not been resolved. And since I have lodged my complaints, all I have received from anyone is passing the buck and no one is helping or even attempting to help.  So, does this mean that I am stuck with a poor quality refrigerator? What good is the Revdex.com when it comes helping the customer?

We have been told we would receive the rebate since May 2015. On August 5, 2015, we were told by Jessica (see original complaint) that the rebate had just been expedited that day, August 5, and would be shipping out in the new few days. It is now August 17 and we have not yet received it. HH Gregg has no credibility with what they have told us. They have never followed through with anything they have told us would happen. They state the phone conversations are recorded. Please have them review the phone conversation with Jessica on August 5, 2015. [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]

it is a DIRECT RESULT OF THE IMPROPERLY INSTALLED hose that leaked in between my walls unnoticed for 2 weeks that caused this damage! They just don't want to take responsibility for their employees OR TAKE CARE of their customers which is probably why they are going out of business. We proved the damage and the [redacted] confirmed it and so did their representative!

I called and wrote to Samsung several times since Hhgregg referred me there to call. Besides that a year has not gone by to this day for my complaint. They never returned me call or gave me a response to  my letter. Per Samsung's repair contractor this oven is defective I was explained and the did not even want to come out to my house 2x after I finally got some response from Samsung. They said nothing they can do for my claim, This seems fraudulent in my opinion. Samsung can't get the temperature regulated and that is it? I am supposed to live with just being able to use a cook top that also gets too hot? This is a hazardous appliance and that is all they have to say? No, I am not satisfied and like to know what other options I have. They know the oven overheats and is a problem if I would use the self cleaning which the repair man told me NOT TO! Or I have a problem. They know and sold me the oven anyway!
I posted prior to contacting you this bad experience on facebook to warn people and to get my complaints heard as I was not given any repsonses to my requests. I will continue to tell all my friends and anyone that want to listen about my bad experience with HHGregg and the hazardous not self cleaning stove/oven I was sold. That is false advertisement!  I hope you can provide me with an option that I can get satisfaction. They are lying. I have been in touch and that is why I am doing things in writing as a phone call  means nothing apparently. I guess I can contact the federal trade commission about this product and that is should be taken off the market. There has to be a Consumer Protection agency that can help. As I said I take care of my chronically sick daughter who is bedridden 24/7. I do the best I can. They should be ashamed of themselves to sell honest people something that has been falsely ADVERTISED. The oven doe not self clean. It locks, sets on fire, explodes and I am not willing to risk that with my disabled daughter so close to the stove and kitchen. Please help.

experienced. I did try and reach out to Mr. [redacted], and a message was left to return call if need be. Unfortunately Mr. [redacted] does not qualify for a refund, however me does have the option to reselect or receive an in store credit. If Mr. [redacted] decides to reselect at the Buckhead location after 03/03/17 all sales are final, no refund, exchange, or credit.

They stated the unit was to be installed on Feb. 1 however now they are stating the unit was totally damaged and they had to return.  I was supposed to receive a call from the General Manager on Feb 1 and never did once again.

[redacted]  HHGregg notified me by phone that the TV I purchased is no longer available from Samsung, thus they cannot make it available to me.  I went to the store of purchase to attempt to resolve the issue with the store manager.  A very nice man looked at what options he had available and I found them to be unfair.  I could either settle for another brand of TV ( one that sells at a lower price ), or I could accept a larger samsung and pay a higher price.I purchased a 50"samsung tv, based on a print advertisement distributed in our local newspaper.  I view this as a issue of deceptive advertising, the day of purchase I was offered an LG tv instead of a samsung.  During phone inquiries with the store I was offered LG tv, or more expensive tv's for more money.  Today, 1/3/2017, I was offered a LG tv, or more expensive samsung tv's for significantly more money. At no point has HHGregg offered to do the right thing.
