You can refer me back to warrantech as many times as you want, it does not change the fact that HHGreg sold me the warranty and is not standing by the agreement they sold me.  If there's an issue with your 3rd party supplier you should be handling the issue, not the customer that paid in good faith.  Shame on you for not backing what you sell.  All that needed to be done was for my dishwasher to be repaired under the agreement.  Since that was refused it has since been replaced by a reputable company as dealing with your company has been a completely ridiculous situation and waset of my time.  I am still not satisfied and will not be until I receive the remaining refund owed to me.  You have permanently lost the business of a once very loyal customer and his family.  I fond your practices deceptive and deplorable.

Regardless of what is being said here my business with HHGregg was handled with my credit card company. Since HHGREGG has been attempting to blame another company for some reason I contacted my credit card company who found in my favor and refunded my money from HHGreggThis matter is now closed but not with a good resolution from the business Revdex.com:

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] HHGregg is kicking the can to Warrantech and Warrantech is dragging their feet.  We have spoken to Warrantech on two separate occasions and they continue to say that they are evaluating the situation.  We have spoken to Warrantech on 23 February and 1 March.  They indicated they where looking at replacing the refrigerator (preferred) but, they have not yet been in contact  with us nor have they made that decision.  I'm requesting HHGregg, apply their vast resources to influence Warrantech to put this issue to rest.  I would expect this issue to be resolved with the next few days.

[redacted] To Whom it May Concern,The problem of the delivery is no the longer the issue nor is it about the stove. The issue is that when I arrived at the store and talked to the manager I was treated with such discuss and poor customer service. Talking to the sales manager he told me that even though my prodcut was in the store they have the right to sell it. The product was paid for and I recieved a bill before the whole issue of me not getting the product all the together. I told the sales manager that I made a complaint with you all and asked for the regional managers contact info. The sales manager refused and said that I should make a complaint because that helps him. Redirecting me to the company website for help.The way that I was treated was apauling the fact that someone comes to them with a problem they brush it off. Then pass the buck by blaming the customer service department and then the delivery department. The point is that no one is taking responsibility for what they have done. Treating a paying customer like this is a real shame and this why they loose my bussiness. I will take my money else where and now I only hope that the next customer does not get treated like I did.

Ms. [redacted], the response by the executive has been the fundamental problem with this whole process.  Warrantech answers their phone as HHGregg warranty; however, they have no interest in helping anyone solve their issues.  We have not been able to get any call backs from anyone at Warrantech to complete a transaction.  The most help we have received is from Amanda at the local store who has also written to the corporate office twice on our behalf, and has also not gotten a response.  If needed, I can go through the call logs of me and my husband's phones to provide dates and times these calls have been made with yet no resolution.  I work in customer service everyday and it is very simple that you assist the customer who has purchased a product and provide service.  This has not been done and I am extremely disappointed that after almost a month, nothing has been done.  Proof of purchase was sent to Warrantech on 10/1/16.  That proof of purchase has the refrigerator and model number present, as well as the proof of the warranty plan as it was also purchased.  If HHGregg's warranty department can not fulfill their promises, then I suggest they invest in another warranty company.  It is now going on one month, and I still have the same problem with my refrigerator that is not working even though I have a warranty plan that has not provided service or a replacement.  I am not satisfied with the response.  If I can not get my refrigerator repaired or replaced in the next 24 hours, please let me know who and where I need to escalate further.
