I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The business response fails to address a single point I made, namely: 1) The complete lack of communication from the company (to date I have STILL never received any e-mails from HHGregg informing me that my order was cancelled).  I should not have to monitor my accounts to see a strange refund and contact THEM for information.  2) The egregious period of time (3 weeks) that they failed to notify me that there were any problems with my order and held my money without any attempt to contact me, preventing me from using those funds with a competitor.  The business response merely recites what little information I possessed due to contacting them before filing this Complaint with the Revdex.com.  That is not even remotely an appropriate response to the allegations I have made here.

I have tried to contact warrantech which is the provider of hh gregg extended warranty contracts, the problem I have is from previous problem that was under warranty.  The door is not sealing on the freezer due to the metal guide seems to be bent or something which is not allowing the door to close properly. If you are not going to stand behind a door that isn't properly closing with a warranty that says it covers mechanical defect, then I would like the documentation that shows it is not covered.  I believe a door not being able close properly would be a mechanical defect. And if you are not going to stand behind warranty hh gregg sold me then hh gregg should refund my money I paid for that warranty.

[redacted] I have provided pictures of my phone records (Attached) proving that I called the store five times starting on 9/12/16 two days after purchasing the washer and dryer. Also attached is phone records of calling the corporate office on 9/16/16. If you were to check the store cameras in that same time frame you will see me come into the store on two different occasions to voice my complaints and try to do something to resolve this matter.  I spoke to a sales person named Samual, the store manager Brian and the general manage John about this matter. The manager informed me that there was a 20% restocking fee if we wished to return the washer and dryer. Later when talking to the corporate office we were informed that that was not true that it was only a 15% stocking fee. The manager also talked me into keeping the appliance and to try different settings, he also gave me quotes on returning the items and buying a different set but asked me to try a different setting and to "try to be happy with it" before I made my decision because of the money I would be loosing with the restocking fees. Between the calls and going to the store on multiple occasions he kept giving me different settings to try and when none of them worked and I informed him that I wished to return the item he than told me it was past thirty day cut off and I could no longer return them. He never informed me of the thirty day dead line and I believe he coursed me into keeping the appliances until it was too late to return them. I than talked to the general manager about this issue and by this time the washer had broke so I was also talking to him about getting the washer fixed 10/26/16. The washer is still not fixed do to having to order parts. The general manager told me to call the corporate office and tell them that I not happy with the washer and that is was already broke down and they would give me a in-store credit and I could come back in a pick a different set and they would change it out. So I did what he said and the corporate office informed me that that was not possible after the thirty days that he should have never told me that. So once again I had been lied to about this matter. I than called the general manager again after receiving this news from corporate office and he informed me that he had just received an e-mail from the corporate office telling him the same thing. He did apologize and than tell me that there was nothing else he could do. This is the worst buying experience I have ever had and the worst product I have ever bought and after spending a lot of money for new appliances and being very dissatisfied I am still not able to wash clothing at my house. I have been going to the laundry mat for almost a month taking up a lot of my time and money to wash me clothing for a family of five.

I have contacted both Paypal and Discover and the transaction code given from HH Gregg does not verify and refund given to me, as the dispute was closed and they received the money back when I cancelled the dispute thru Discover.

However, we are still waiting on the discount for the refrigerator. We have provided the name of the employee and the number he can be reached at. We were also informed by the contracted shipping company to deal with HH Gregg corporation about the matter, as they do not handle any financial transactions. HH Gregg corporate is trying to pass the buck to a company that cannot address the issue.

 Samsung did not sell me this unit HH Gregg sold me the unit .  I took the time to call Samsung and spoke to a representative who told me that before any merchandise is sent to a retail store that merchandise is explained and trained to the retail store staff of its functionality and obviously description  of the product .  HH Greg has no business selling merchandise to a consumer that they do not understand the functionality of especially in this high-tech world we live in.  I specifically shop for a TV and a compatible DVD player.  During my shopping experience the sales person took me around to each TV that fit my criteria explained it and proceeded to take me to the only DVD theater system they had in the store  which was the Samsung 3-D DVD theater system.  So how in the world did h.h. gregg not know that this was a 3-D Blu-ray player  when it was the only one they had in the store. HHgreg needs to take FULL RESPONSIBILITY and stop blaming Samsung for its shortfalls.
