I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]HH Gregg is well aware of our repeated problems with the refrigerator from the time of purchase. They have tried to force Frigidaire to do something. We have servicemen stating it is not repair able. The 30 days does not allow for three service calls and repairs to deem the refrigerator defective. We were assured each time by HHGregg Managers that we would be taken care of. We are growing weary of the time, frustration and multiple trips from work to try and have this NEW refrigerator repaired. If a satisfactory solution is not offered we will have no choice but to take legal action.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.I pro-actively followed up with the company a number of times asking about my refund, asking why it was not processed, and received various answers, none satisfactory, until I finally reached a person at the store who offered to put through the credit if I would give them my credit card number over the phone.  I was amazed...I had offered this solution twice before and was told it wasn't necessary!!  Once she put through the credit I received the credit to my Cc account in 2 days!!  Would that HH Gregg had more capable folk like her!  I also received a check from HH Gregg for the damage in the product we did keep.  At this time we are through with HH Gregg, will never, ever shop there; and will tell everyone we know about our problems and the failings of HH Gregg.  Thanks for your efforts, which certainly added to my own, helped to alleviate this situation.

As indicated in our return policy, the return period is 30 days from the date of purchase. Most appliances come with a one-year parts and labor manufacturer’s warranty. They did call me and said the reason that they had failed to resolve repair issue is because I had not responded to them. This is not true. I have each email and voicemail they sent me telling me they were working on it.  They have now started the claim all over again with different repair co coming out next week to see what part I need and then order it.  Of course this much was previously done in august. I won't accept their response until my fridge is actually fixed. I appreciate your assistance as I dont  believe hhgregg would've done anything but for your intervention.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Warrantech refused to fix my stove citing I caused the damage.  My stove is 2 years outside of the manufacturer's warranty.  I flooded social media outlets with pictures of my stove and a narrative of what happened.  A Samsung representative (not Warrantech) came to my home and determined the catastrophic failure was caused by faulty wiring.  Samsung was good enough to fix my stove.  My issue is with the extended warranty that HH Gregg sold me.  The warranty obvioulsy was not honored in this incident nor do I have faith it will be honored in the future.  I would like a refund or store credit for the purchase amount of the extended warranty for my stove.  If HH Gregg agrees to this, then I feel I will have been made whole.  If not, then my step will be to legally and peacefully share my displeasure outside of the Lakeland location.

1.  The TV was purchased in Florida and the HH Gregg invoice references an Illinois address2.  We are full-time residents of Hinsdale, IL with a vacation condo in Pompano Beach, FL and can provide documentation upon request3.  The Sales Person was advised of our situation and agreed to accommodate4.  The TV was never dropped or damaged while in our possession5.  We never removed the TV from the internal foam packaging intended to protect it during shipping6.  Even though there was a display of the same tv model on the floor (approx 6 units), the Sales Person went to the back to get the TV for us (probably a damaged return from a previous customer)7.  My husband purchased the TV while in the presence of friends, who will support our claim

We did receive the range hood, however a refund as they stated was not applied to the credit card or to us.  No one from HH Greg has contacted either myself or my husband about the microwave or the refund.  We would still like the microwave we paid for and also a discount on order, because of having to wait almost 6 months now.  I would like someone to contact us from HHGreg, I have tried to reach the store in Illinois, but I never receive a phone call back from a manager, and the person I speak to is not able to resolve anything.Thank you for your time,
