Ms. [redacted] order was flagged and canceled by the bank which is why she didn’t receive the television. The order was never processed and therefore the television was sold to next buyer. Unfortunately I don’t have details as to why the order was canceled. Ms. [redacted] would have to contact her bank for a more detailed explanation.

[redacted] HHGregg has not made any contact with me at all regarding the resolution of the dishwasher problem.  The dishwasher is still broken and no one has ordered any parts or called to offer a replacement. I called HHGregg today to find out what the plan is  and have been on hold for over a half hour.  HHGregg's response to the Revdex.com was that I would receive some sort of resolution by today.  That is obviously not going to happen.   HHGregg is the worst appliance store I have ever dealt with.  This dishwasher has been broken for almost a month and there is no resolution in sight. How could the HHGregg representative tell you that the problem would be resolved by today and then not follow through??  This is ludicrous.  I hope the Revdex.com can get me a replacement dishwasher soon.

Nice try, never......NEVER was I offered my money back, just a lesser quality TV or the option of paying more for the brand I wanted.  You advertise a TV to get people in your store, a TV you did not have, and did not have access to.  Shame on you.  You obviously do not intend to make things right, therefore I will continue to do my best to warn my neighbors of the unethical practices you people display.  Shame.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I understand that a refund was given of 149.99, but that was only for the refrigerator delivery charged. The refund of 85.75 was only given due to the exchange in refrigerator. My concern is being charged a delivery fee of 79.99 for each appliances which when purchasing the items the associate (Micheal) told me a delivery fee of only 79.99 was only supposed to be applied once. Instead I was charged 79.99 for the dishwasher, stove, microwave, and 149.99 for the refrigerator. I was only refunded back the delivery fee for the fridge but never received a refund for the microwave, stove, or dishwasher. HH Gregg has been advertising many promotions which made me come to the store for serviced but I have yet to receive any of the deals that were advertised. Then when expressing my concerns I always get the run around or have yet to receive a call from a manger about my issue. I will never advised people to shop with HH Gregg due to the bad hospitality and serviced I was given.   Regards,

I spoke with Todd at [redacted], he stated that they could not do anything because there were two bulletins published/acknowledged by Samsung stating that there is a design flaw, that the icemaker will not work and will never work.  Todd told me to call Samsung Executive escalation, which I did, they stated that they could not replace the refrigerator, that [redacted] needed to send out a tech for repair that the only thing Samsung could do is send out a service repair tech at my own expense.  This has not been resolved after 25-30 calls now, with another service tech coming out scheduled for Monday again.Thank you.
