On MArch 20, 2017 I was told I would be receiving it "in the next few days". It is now April 4, 2017 & it still has not shipped. photos, I regret we are unable to hook-up Ms. [redacted]s dryer. The vent for the unit has been set-up to hang from the ceiling of the home. Our delivery team’s insurance carrier cannot cover this type of install. In order to maintain great customer relations, I have refunded Ms. [redacted] the cost of the dryer hook-up kit and she will be receiving a check in 1-2 weeks for the amount of $59.99. I was accused of picking up the cook top from the store although I never did,the supervisor told me they will look into that and get back to me I had to call 4 times and didn't get an answer.[nobody called me back until today[finally I called the store that they accused me going to and the manager[Joshua] told me over the phone that they made a mistake and that he fixed it already, I asked him if can schedule me a new delivery and I had to wait 4 days after my delivery was scheduled to receive my order.If this manager could not find what happened and I wouldn't call him myself I would probably still be waiting for my order, and I wouldn't get the cook top.I have attached some of my conversations with the supervisors.
