I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The representative from hhgregg said in the response to the Revdex.com complaint that I exceeded the 30 day hhgregg guarantee which is not true. I did NOT exceed that 30 day hhgregg guarantee period. I purchased the television on 09-Oct-2016 and the day I took the television back to the store at which I purchased the television was 06-Nov-2016. That is 28 days from date of purchase.  In fact, I have proof that I was in the store that day to exchange the television because I also have a return invoice that is dated 06-Nov-2016 for a return of a HDMI cable that the salesman told me I was going to need when I bought the television and I did not need the cable. I have proof. I can send pictures of both invoices, pictures of the television, of the box, cables, remote and packaging material that I retained just in case I had a problem.

the inconvenience and issue that Ms. [redacted] experienced with her dishwasher. Due to no servicer in Ms. [redacted] area Warrantech has issued a credit to reselect. The credit is for the cost of the dishwasher $299.99. At this time the warranty is fulfilled and Ms. [redacted] will have to purchase another extended warranty.
If Ms. [redacted] has any questions regarding he credit we ask that she contacts warrantech at

I do not approve of this response. I received a 10% discount due to the inconvenience of them giving my fridge away and not receiving it on the fate it was to arrive. However, the loaner fridge I was given is dorm size and not any where near the same size that I ordered. This size difference caused me to have to throw out all of the food in my old houses' refrigerator which was near $500 worth of frozen food and fresh so I could put in a half gallon of milk carton and two yogurts which only fit into my new dorm loaner fridge. This is unacceptable. Your business would not even give me a loaner fridge the same size as the one I ordered, even though the mistake was on your end. This has caused me a lot of money and anguish as I had to throw out breast milk I had frozen and saved for my baby as well of lots of food. Poor customer service.

I am disputing company's response for the following reasons: first, when I finally reached a operator and explained I would be returning item I asked if I needed a return authorazation number and was told yes. When asked where I should mail it I was told the address on the original shipping box. And two, the attached FedEx receipt proves it was received on company's end. In addition I received a email stating company would reimburse me the shipping back to company. I emailed a attachment but have heard nothing. I have another warranty that is worthless. That I would like to include for the exact same reasons. Exact same salesman and I would like to elaborate some of the circumstances. I am a huge Audiophile. I have been my whole life. I worked and bought my first stereo at age 12. I have Trip Lites, APCs and a Furman for may audio on ALL my electronics, all of which are registered and warranty against lightening strikes up to $75,00.00. I would have never purchased these warranties for lightening.The other receipt # is G536-002970

I understand that it is not in your policy, however I did not set the TV up so the damage did not occur during setup as stated in your reply. I simply took the TV out of the box and noticed it was damaged. I did not turn the TV on or remotly plug the TV in. I dont understand how HH Gregg would not be willing to work with a loyal customer such as myself. I have bought TV's, radios, and surround sound systems with HH Gregg. I would think with all of the complaints against your company Revdex.com and on social media you would want to give yourself a better image. I understand there are individuals in this world that try to take advantage of a situation, but this is not the case. I bought this TV as a christmas present for my daughter, she never even got to see the TV because it was damaged from the beginning. While dealing with this fiasco, my credit card was charged for a TV I never recieved. At this point I just want a refund.

The contact for HH Gregg has stated, "As indicated in the Limit of Liability section of the Terms and conditions for the service plan, the total amount for which the service plan administrator is liable is equal to the purchase price of the product before sales tax. "  My issue is this exactly what I am looking to receive, the total amount of the purchase price before sales tax.  The value I was credited was $508.78, I paid $799 plus tax, delivery and installation.  Based on their own words I should be credited an additional $290.22 to reach the the purchase price I paid.  What am I missing???
