I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They did not address the employee issue.  Additionally, I had to have the tv fixed by a professional I knew because I never heard back from WarranTech and initially the salesperson told me if I bought the 5 year preferred warranty that if anything happened I just bring it in and they replace or credit towards a new one, A COMPLETE LIE TO GET THE PROTECTION PLANI AM COMPLETELY DISSATIFED WITH HHGREGG THEY HAVE SALESPEOPLE SCAMMING THE PUBLIC FOR WARRANTIES TELLING THEM ANYTHING JUST TO MAKE A BONUS THAT IS JUST NOT RIGHT

experienced. Per the warranty service agreement, once an item is deemed un-repairable by the warranty administrator, a credit for replacement is generated. Per the service agreement, the credit is a pro-rated cost. I notice HHgregg response are not answering any of my previous comments on my last rejection.  Please have HHgregg to answer the questions/statements from my last reponse.  Which included that 1).  they had this TV in their Indiana store2) Advertising the Samsung TV on their website which show the TV is in over 30 of their stores.3).  Forcing me to take a TV that was less quality then the TV I originally purchase.4). Bait and Switch was done on me. I will contact the Attorney General to get involved in this matter.

After my fourth call to the delivery department, Tony stated that he would get the order to me the following day and said there was absolutely no reason it should have been delayed as it was, since there were 6 units of what I ordered in Atlanta. He set up the delivery, for the 3rd time, and said the contracted delivery service had really messed up and that I should contact corporate, which I did. I was also offered a partial refund for the horrible delivery service (or lack thereof), which has not been credited to m account. Furthermore, we are STILL waiting on the company to pick up the mattress and credit our account for that screw up. Until I receive the partial refund for the refrigerator AS PROMISED BY YOUR AGENT ON THE PHONE, this matter is not resolved.
