[redacted] As you can see from the attached claims taken from LG website regarding their easy clean ovens.  I bought this thinking that this would be easy to clean.  Absolutely, not true.  No residue comes off with this process.  When I called customer service I was informed to take each particle off with a razor blade.  This is not what they claim this oven will do.  This is false advertisement.  I am under the one year warranty and am not satisfied with this outcome  This oven is not even paid for yet.  I have disputed the charge on my credit card and if I don't get satisfaction from there I will proceed to small claims court.

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]Good Day,This answer does not answer in any my concern.  I have attached my notes from the event and would call attention that missed appointments, and not taking responsibility for the issue seems to be HH Greggs standard mode of operation.The appliance was purchased from HH Gregg, the warranty company answers the phone HH Gregg, yet in any conversation, I am told that I should call the warranty company.  I got this direction from the local store, and anyone I corresponded with at the corporate office.The behavior is one that ignores common attributes of good customer care.Best Regards,[redacted]

      To whom it may concern:I agreed to resolve this complaint with hh gregg. There is still one problem. On my December statement, hh gregg credited my account $639.98 which is the correct amount for both warranties. They also charged me 9.25% sale taxes which they didn't refund on each item. Also, they didn't adjust my payment accordingly. I am looking for this matter to be resolved thoroughly. If you have any questions, or need to see a copy of the original receipt, please let me know. Thank you kindly, [redacted]

The company is refusing to do anything about my receiving a broken product from them via an online order.  Since my concerns have been dismissed and I am out$400 for a television I received broken (through no fault of my own), I will have to take legal action against HH Gregg for which they will end up being responsible for the costs of as well.  I have witnesses that know that I opened a box delivered to my home with a broken television inside and that this company has done nothing to look into possible breakage during shipment or some other way the item could have been damaged.  It is ridiculous that a customer should have to go these lengths for something that is so straightforward and easy to solve.  If this company cannot refund my money (and pick up this broken television), I will be taking legal action, for which they will be responsible for attorneys fees and court costs as well.

The credit that was issues on my behalf was for 599.00 .  My bill that I paid for the new dishwasher when I purchased it was 641.00 plus the price of the warranty plus installation.  No one ever contacted me to let me know that there was a credit issued to me.  When I called the corporate office of HHGREG , then they told me about the credit.  I went to the store, and the replacement dishwasher was priced at 799.00.   I did not go with this because why am I paying more money for another dishwasher that was never repaired and I was out of a dishwasher for 3 months?  I spoke to the manager at the store and he reduced the price of the dishwasher to the 599 so I did not have to pay the different , however, I found out that I would then have to pay for delivery and installation again.  The warranty  company does not have this stated anywhere in there terms and conditions that they do not pay for the installation in the event that they replace the dishwasher.  Also I found out that the warranty company paid out claims on this dishwasher from this company S&M appliance aka Bill.  This guy never set foot in my door or show up anytime to fix anything but yet the warranty company paid out claims on the dishwasher?  This is insurance fraud.  I have turned it in.As for the installation and delivery and removal of the dishwasher they decided to replaced , I ended up paying $260.00 for all of this even though I already paid that from the previous dishwasher that I purchased a year and a half ago.  After I paid this, I went back to the store and said I wanted to cancel everything and I want my money cashed out so I can go somewhere else to get a dishwasher from sears.  The store refused to cash out my money , however , they did say that they were going to give me a credit for $321.00 on my credit card.  I am currently waiting for this refund.  I do have the new dishwasher installed, however, this is terrible that anybody should have to go threw what I had to go threw in order to get something repaired/or replaced.  This is a terrible business and I will not buy anything else that has this warranty  "warrentech."  If I do not get compensated for my 4 days of missed work, and compensation for the 3 + months of not having a dishwasher , I have already spoke to Action News about this and they are willing to put this on TV.   I have 6 pages of everything I contacted every company about this dishwasher and that no one had called me back ever.  I do not think I should have paid for installation in the first place and if you do 321.00- 261=60.00  .  I do not think $60 is enough to compensate me for the terrible mess that I had to go threw.
