I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response may or may not resolve my complaint.  While I have been contacted by the Executive Team and the Incident Team representatives the attitude is let's see if Ameren UE will accept responsibility.There is absolutely no regard to the fact that I the customer who bought a refrigerator has had to suffer and incur property and vehicle damage due to the purchase. And that indeed responsibility for this matter may actually be shared between the involved parties (not myself).The fact of the matter is that the driver of the vehicle left the accident scene and HH Gregg, their dispatch team, [redacted] LS (HH Gregg transportation provider) and their sub contracted party [redacted] Delivery and Moving Service did not feel it necessary to step in on 3.20.17 and have their liability carrier representative contact me to collect information and initiate record; never mind apologize. To think that this catastrophic event was lightly regarded and that the Dispatch Team did not think it was necessary to act with a sense of urgency, thinking that filing an incident report on 3.21.17 through the routine channels was the correct action to take.Whatever happens with Ameren UE, the fact remains that other large trucks have gone up and down this street passing my home for the 10 years I have resided at [redacted] without incident and the the responsibility of a CDL driver is to always analyze his surroundings in relation to the dimensions of the vehicle he or she is driving.The cost of the refrigerator was $510 including delivery. I feel that at this time HH Gregg needs to at least refund the pro-rated delivery portion or the full amount of $510 due to the ongoing effort needed on my part to bring this matter to some sort of conclusion. Needles to say I will need to take time of off work to get the car and home fixed due to buying a new refrigerator.

It is obvious that they did not deliver on the date as promised and if I had not spent time and effort I would not have received it when I did.  I was also promised a $50 gift card for my trouble and did not get that.  I was inconvenienced not having a stove, microwave or dishwasher and there is nothing that this company will do, not even follow through with a gift card promise.  I think this is just horrible customer service but I see that this attitude and failure to follow through appears to be from the corporate office down.  I guess my only satisfaction will be steering business away from HH Greg as I have already done with 2 friends.  I understand issues happen but the company should take on some accountability and try to satisfy the customer for the frustration and failure to meet their obligations.  My complaint will stand until they take action and at least follow through with promises.

[to my understanding they are to replace the food I lost due to the fact I did not have my refrigerator ( they took more then one month to repair) when I spoke to a representative one week prior to the repair being done she was under the impression I received a gift card however I did not . I believe after all this time I believe they can do that much.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Last week on Thursday, [redacted] the company contracted by HHGREGG to perform the stove repairs told me my part was in. I asked the lady at that time when I would be scheduled for repair, and she told me that it would be done this week. She stated that some would call me and tell me my appointment time for this week. [redacted] is closed on Monday so I called yesterday without successful contact, and today I they told me that they will not be out to perform the repair. I informed Ginger that I was told that this would be done this week, and that it is unacceptable tell me that the repair will be done this week and that is not accurate. I asked for a date and time it will be repaired next week, and was told that they would call me with a date and time. This is the same thing that they did last week. Bottom line is that my stove needs to be fixed or they need to give me the money for my stove towards a new one.

This company knowingly sold defective and broken merchandise to us.  We did not ask for a full refund only a replacement of the broken item.  We have since purchased another television for my mother from [redacted] and I will continue to warn ALL consumers via any media outlet that I am able to excess...to read ALL of the negative complaints lodged against this company before purchasing.  Very unprofessional staff all the way through the Executive level.  I only wish I had read reviews before purchasing from them and getting scammed. I guess this is their company solution for leveraging low Christmas sales. No worries they'll go belly up before long! Happy job hunting.

experiencing. Warrantech will only offer a replacement if the unit cannot be repaired or if the customer is experiencing an ongoing issue. The part(s) have been ordered through the manufacture, and once available Ms. [redacted] will be notified with a repair date. Our vendor relations department has stepped in as well to assist in getting this repair or exchange expedited.
Warrantech does offer reimbursement for laundry expensive. We urge Ms. [redacted] to contact warrantech in order to receive that credit.
