It is correct that I have received the product but I have not yet received the $100.00 credit that the customer service supervisor and also the representative that I spoke with at corporate promised me I would receive for my troubles.  Also I find it very interesting that on Saturday, December 17th I was able to walk into the Saint Clairsville, OH store and the manager was able to order me the exact same laptop and have it delivered by Monday, December 19th.  Because I had to order it twice and I have not yet received my credit I know have to make a double payment on my credit account.  I have returned one of the laptops to the store and would appreciate the promised credit along with my minimum payment being adjusted to show my return so I do not have to make a double payment.

Thank you for the reply, but I am not satisfied with your decision. I was sold this 5-year extended warranty as your "in-house" warranty and was told that if anything happens to our stove, hhgregg would cover it and take care of it. Again, the crack on the glass was not due to any physical damage, but rather while we were cooking dinner on this stove. I feel that hhgregg should take accountability for the product they sold and refund our money for the stove.

Ms. [redacted] is under an extended warranty hhGregg is not authorized to make decisions regarding repairs or exchanges. All decisions are made by Warrantech. Ms [redacted] will receive a credit to reselect if Warrantech deems the unit non repairable.
