frustration this may have caused Mr. [redacted]. For the inconvenience not only was Mr. [redacted] issued an upgraded refrigerator model at no extra cost (delivered Friday), we also issued a $50.00 and $75.00 gift card and compensation of $250.00. The compensation was issued back in the form of a check. Again we do apologize for the inconvenience and delay.

Revdex.com, After I filed with you they sent me a check for the full refund, for them to say that they contacted Mr. [redacted] several times, it is a total lie, there is not even a Mr. [redacted] involved in this.  They called me once after the check was received.  I will never do business with them again, and they are going our of business anyway!

We are appalled at this response. I spoke with the two members of their corporate team 2 days ago (Jessica R[redacted] at 317 5699 7567 as well as Brady O[redacted] at 317 730 5518) that our order is still happening and that delivery would most likely be within the next 2-3 weeks. I am confused why this is now just being told to us, and that if this is being  cancelled the reason. Also, if our order is being cancelled, I expect to also be refunded the interest we have paid for the (almost 2 months) of paying for a product we have not received.    Revdex.com:

I have tried to reach out to Mr. [redacted] unfortunately all attempts have been unsuccessful. I was able to reach out to warrantech and was informed that separation on the material is covered up to a certain extent. Mr. [redacted] did state that he would like to cancel his warranty; therefore a cancelation form is attached. So Mr. [redacted] is aware once the warranty is canceled he will no longer have any coverage on his furniture.

IFurthermore, I have documented the name of the employee and date/time of conversation regarding the offer of a discount after the refrigerator was not delivered when promised. This claim will be escalated to court due to this company's negligence and failure to abide by contracted agreement and fraudulent credit charges.
