Revdex.com:I did contact the manufacture, Samsung, on 07-Nov-2016. That determined after their review it is hhgregg's responsibility due to either storage damage or damage the occured during shipment. I am able,to provide email correspondence between myself and Samsung.

Had HHGregg responded to my issue at that time, I would not have had to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. HHGregg had a different excuse each time we called and then refused to resolve the issue in a timely manner. HHGregg repeatedly tried to blame everyone but themselves for overselling the item and then not informing us in a timely manner. I am still without a TV, because the prices are much higher now then on Black Friday. If I was made aware of the fact that we were not getting the TV from HHGregg, I could have gone to any number of retailers (on Black Friday weekend) and bought one for a comparable price. I am not satisfied-HHGregg mislead us and falsely advertised the sale.

I want at least 2 years of warranty for the appliances paid by HHGregg company. I have  received all discomfort and still dealing with damage appliances which is not fair.  EVERYTHING that I bought to this store was damaged and defective. They want the customer to be guaranteed and make money because they sell you used appliances and warranties as well. I have received so bad feedback from people in general about this company regarding issues with defective products and bad customer services. I can't believe it is happening to me and no one can't do ANYTHING to stop this totally mess. Definitely, I won't recommend it. This company is not offering anything to me. Why they don't pay off the HHGregg credit card that I still paying? All the appliances were so expensive and not cheap or on sale...I am paying a lot still. I want $$$$$recompense to my credit card and 2 years of warranty (I am pretty sure I will needed for the next month, something will break again).

As stated in my complaint, this policy did not exists until 3 months ago and is not reflected in the paperwork I received at the time of purchase.  HHGregg, nor any other part, made any effort to contact me to inform me of any changes to the contract I purchased through HHGregg.  Additionally, as stated in my complaint, when I went back to the store where I purchased the appliances with the warranty the paperwork they had currently in store was the same as mine which did not reflect their change in policy, this was on on 11/26/16.  This means had I purchased an appliance on that day I would still receive paperwork telling me I would receive full replacement value.  I had contacted Warrentech multiple times as suggested and was told I need to take this up with HHGregg where I purchased the policy.

Our representative contacted NEW and was informed that the parts needed for the repair are on backorder. It is our understanding that they offered a replacement for the freezer but [redacted] declined. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  However, I am only doing this because further pursuit of the matter will take time and energy I do not have. The clear intent of the warranty was not honored and I ask that the Revdex.com look into this further to prevent future hhgregg customers from the same dishonest business practices.The warranty promises a replacement dishwasher if the same issue cannot be repaired after three attempts. They attempted to fix the same issue three times before finally diagnosing the problem (a broken pump). There was a fourth visit made to replace the pump, and I had requested a fifth service call for the same issue. Warrantech never sent out a repair person and didn't bother to even contact me to say why until I called again two weeks later.The reason the warranty was canceled was because Warrentech had spent more on the repair of the dishwasher than its value (a condition found in the fine print) but the only reason the repair costs were so high was because they continued to send repair technicians who could not fix the problem until the fourth visit and this fix (a new pump) only lasted for two months.hhgregg is saying that they are powerless in the matter and must accept Warrentech's decision not to honor the warranty; this is a poor excuse since hhgregg is responsible for choosing their vendor and the language of their contracts and can certainly pressure Warrantech to honor their warranty in all cases or choose another vendor who will. Regards,

Replacement item not received.I never received a replacement item. It was sent via FedEx but not delivered to my address. According to FedEx, the package was considered "lost" from their end and details were forwarded to their claims department awaiting further action by the sender. I contacted Hhgregg on 12/29/16 about the issue and was told by Rose in customer service that a new case was opened with case number [redacted]. As of 01/13/17, I have yet to hear back from Hhgregg about the missing item. Until I have received a replacement or refund, I am unable to accept the merchants response as satisfactory.Regards,
