Door Dash did contact me but has not properly resolved the issues as the menu is still incorrect and they have not provided any documentation from Jack N Box that Door Dash is allowed to charge more than the actual store menu pricesAdditionally, the Door Dash rep I spoke with said the credit issued covered the incorrect pricing and missing items but she didn't factor in the other previous orders and that a goodwill credit of $for the problems does not count towards the actual credit owed
She was extremely rude and refused to allow me to speak to a manager or director above her

An updated receipt was provided to the Customer via email on 6/20/Her order experienced a glitch in which the order contents didn't update, and therefore the receipt was initially incorrectThe Customer has again been contacted on the topic today and we've discussed her experience with Support
