We offer free deliveries for orders from different restaurants at various timesAfter reviewing the customer's account, I can confirm they were fully refunded for their delivery and they also received an additional $worth of DoorDash credits as a courtesy towards their account after inquiring about the promotion they did not receiveWe urge all customers to make sure they are using promotions properly to qualify for free deliveriesNo additional compensation will be issued considering the customer was refunded the full amount for their order as well as issued $of DoorDash credits Thank you!

After reviewing the customer's account, I can confirm they were able to contact DoorDash support via telephone who notified them of their full refund for their cancelled orderIn addition to the full refund, we issued full DoorDash credits towards their account so they can use our service one more time, hopefully with a better experienceThank you!

Individual in question is an Independent Contractor (herein referred to as Dasher) on the DoorDash Delivery Platform. During their time completing deliveries, their Dasher account was compromised by a malicious third party. Because of this, their deposit in question has been transferred to another... account that does not belong to original Dasher. Currently, a reversal has been initiated for this particular deposit in an attempt to retrieve their earnings and to ensure they are deposited in the appropriate location. Reversal is still processing; contacted Dasher confirming this reversal attempt as of April 30th via Case # [redacted] No reply has been received, so far. Once reversal has processed, Dasher will be provided a prompt update on the status of their earnings.

The customer has violated our terms of service and did't meet requirements for alcohol deliveries and therefore the restocking fee will not be returned
