Customer has been sent receipts and we requested more information regarding two charges we were not able to locate

After reviewing the account, I can confirm all payments were sent to their Wells Fargo AccountIf they have not received the pay and are enrolled in DailyPay, they would need to reach out to their company by contacting them directly at *** ** *** ***

Reached out to customer and informed them we have removed phone number so they should no longer receive text messages

The Customer received a redelivery of her order as compensationThe Customer was offered either a redelivery or a refund and chose a redelivery as her form of compensation for the incorrect order

After reviewing the delivery, we were able to provide a full refund on the customer's orderIn addition, we reached out to the customer and recommended to make use of our notification system so the customer can view updates on the status of their delivery.

I am rejecting this response because:***'s ("**") réponses to Revdex.com and to Complainant are false, misleading and evasive: **'s response to Revdex.com: "Explanation on how earnings are processed was provided to *** via Case #***.": FALSE, MISLEADING, EVASIVEHere is cut&paste of ***'s referenced response to Complainaint: "At this time we are unable to send a live check of your earnings to the a**ress that you have provided; the only current payment method available to receive your earnings would be through direct deposit." It is clear to see here that *** fails to, as it claims, 'explain how earnings are processed'; rather, *** refuses mail its check to me in order to mitigate the ongoing financial injury it is causing by its failure to pay (now TWO MONTHS past due), and, further, *** fails to commit to any material time frame whatsoever to make payment **'s further response to Revdex.com: "Earnings cannot be provided via check -- they can only be provided via Direct Deposit.": MISLEADING, EVASIVE, APPEARS TO ANY REASONABLE PERSON DOING BUSINESS IN THE United States WITH A REGISTERED CORPORATION ** fails to explain WHY it cannot issue a check for $to its independent contractor as past due consideration for services rendered in good faith for the benefit of ***. *** continues to breach its contract with this independent contractor, and, when offered easy remedy, refuses to comply AND refuses to explain WHY it is failing to comply ANY RESONABLE PERSON DOING BUSINESS IN THE United States AS A REGISTERED CORPORATION OF DELAWARE (*** is a registered Corporation of Delaware) IS CAPABLE OF ISSUING A CHECK FOR $TO PAY ITS CONTRACTOR FOR SERVICES RENDERED SATISFACTORILY *** continues to fail in its duty to provide an explanation for its claim that it cannot pay via check to mitigate the damage it is causing by failing to pay electronically This is clearly a case of ***'s evasion of its duty to pay

Far as I am concerned this company is deactivating hard working people and not paying people for what they work forFirst and for more this company owe me for work I did for them and deactivated me for no reason, against the law to terminate someone for no reason or not advise them I for one started working for Door Dash to help me and my family out of homeless situationI was counting on working for Door Dash So further more they owe me for the dash they did not pay me for and what I have made if they did not DEACTIVATE me for NO REASON.
