In reviewing the account, I can confirm we processed a full refund for the order from Pappy's SmokehouseIt often takes banks or credit card companies 5-7 business days for the refunded charges to clear.
Please note that once the refund processes, the original order charge from DoorDash will disappear on your bank statementThis indicates the charge successfully credited back to your account
If you'd like to confirm the refund processed successfully, look for the date you placed the order with DoorDash:
If you currently see completed charges on your bank statement for the same date and amount, it may take 5-7 business days for the original charge to process and refund fully depending on your bank’s processing times.
You may not see a refund if the initial charge was pendingPending charges have not completed the withdrawal from your account to ours and when we process a refund on these charges they reverse, or disappear from your statement without leaving a record.
The refund process usually completes very smoothly, however if you continue to see the charge on your account business days after it was initially processed, please send us a recent PDF copy of your bank statement reflecting the charge(s) so that we can investigate this further

For the order placed on 7/23/at *** *** ***, the customer was provided DoorDash credits for the full amount of canceled order These credits where used by the customer on two subsequent orders For the order placed on 8/6/at *** *** ***, the customer was issued a full refund back to the credit card used to place the order Our credit card processor indicated this refund may have been processed as a reversal meaning there will not be a separate line item with the refund on their credit card statement Instead, the charge would have dropped off completely from their statement

We understand the frustration that comes with not being able to receive an orderUnfortunately in this case we could not deliver the orderAlthough we may have done so in the past it is not a guarantee we can make to customersWhen delivery address fall outside of the delivery area for the
restaurant we defer to driver to see if they can accommodate the extra distanceThe first time this occurred the driver was fine with driving the extra distanceUnfortunately this last occurrence the driver could not afford to go so far out of their delivery areaAt this Time we will can not offer a refundWe have and will however honor the $delivery credit we have placed on the account
