The customer was fully refunded for the order they never receive. Our system shows they communicated with an agent who apologized for the inconvenience and notified the customer they were issued $10 worth of DoorDash credits to their account as a courtesy. We were able to reach out to the customer...

again via email confirming the refund was transferred to their account and provided the refund receipt. No additional compensation will be issued.

We sincerely apologize for the cancelled order. I can verify the order for Jack in the Box was fully refunded to the billing information used to place the order. In addition, the customer was issued with $15 worth of DoorDash credits hoping it will result in a better delivery...

The representative from Door Dash phoned and spoke to my husband - he asked her to call the next day between 9-11 am. She did not. I am in the restaurant...

The Customer was contacted on Monday 11/7 with a confirmation of the refund. He has now been contacted a secondary time with confirmation of the refunds. This complaint has been resolved.

The vast majority of menu prices on DoorDash will be the same as they are in-store. In some cases, menu prices on DoorDash may be higher than in-store prices because the restaurant opted for higher prices. We're working to make prices even lower, so check back often.

Reached out to customer and informed them login credentials were sourced from another site to access DoorDash. We have deleted payment information and deactivated account per their request.

Payment for bonus was initiated on Dec 26th and will be included in this weeks pay (Dec 25-Dec 31st) and should deposit in their account next week (around January 3rd).

We're reached out to the customer directly regarding her complaint and consider the issue resolved.

The payment totaling $36.63 has been transferred to a [redacted]. bank account ending in [redacted] around 2/14. Please allow 3-5 business days for it to show on your bank statement. Thank you.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: DoorDash still refused to acknowledge that they charged me for the regular [redacted] restaurant menu prices and then delivering food from[redacted], which is the cheaper, lower end restaurant version of[redacted] There is a difference between [redacted] vs [redacted]. Advertising your menu as from [redacted] and then delivering food from [redacted] is misleading and false advertisement.Sincerely,[redacted]
