I ordered a product from this company on the 5th of December. I have not recieved the product, and all attempts to contact them have been in vain.
I ordered the Galaxy Enchanted Rose from this company on the 5th of December. I recieved confirmation of order number ***. It cost me $37.46. I found this product from an *** ad. I have attempted to contact them regarding the status of my package through, both, *** and email. Despite the several messages I have sent, I have recieved no product, no notification of shipping, and NO response whatsoever.
I would like a full refund from my purchase as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my wife.
The order in the question was placed on December 8,2019, for the Enchanted Galaxy Rose. Due to the high influx of orders due to the holiday season we experienced shipping delays. On December 19,2019 we shipped out the customers order and it was delivered on December 27,2019. Desired resolution is to end full order or full refund. We are unable to fulfill the customer's request for a full refund since we do not issue refunds to original forms of payment under our "Returns and Exchanges" policy.
Ordered something from them. Read the reviews and realized that it is a total scam. Many of the reviews claim that they dont get their money back.
Ordered an item and realized it was a scam. Talked to the customer support and they told me that my charges would get reverted. They actually charged me and I contacted the bank to revert the charges. I explained my situation to them and they are already filing a claim. It was bought through Amazon and they already filed a claim to get my refund. This is a total scam of a company and they try to cover up their reviews by using bots to write good reviews.
I would just like them to resolve it with Amazon and refund me my money.

I purchased a gift from the them and have been ignored and blocked on all social media when trying to get a tracking number for my order.

Do not send product once payment is received. Will not return any emails. In addition... they remove any questions that relate to where orders are or comments from their social media pages.

Purchased an item from merchant on 12/14/2019 and paid a "Rush Processing" fee to guarantee shipment within 24 hours. Immediately received an order confirmation, but never received a shipping confirmation. Waited until Tuesday, 12/17/19 to request an update, but merchant was non-responsive. Sent follow up requests 12/18/2019 and 12/19/2019 and still received no response. I then tried leaving a comment on one of their Facebook posts to see if it would be noticed there. While posting I noticed that many of the posts had comments hidden. A few hours after my comment was left the merchant hid the comment from view, and still did not respond.

The email stated that orders can take up to 1-2 business days to process + transit time (typically between 1-5 business days). I have not received my items nor received an email stating they were shipped as of today, December 18, 2019. I emailed the company December 16 & 17, 2019 and have not received a response. I even sent a message through Facebook messenger on December 18, 2019 and no response yet.

Ordered item "Galaxy Enchanted Rose" ORDER 98919 from vendor named Dose of Rose via website dose-roses.com on December 3 of 2019. Cost was $49.95 and $4.99 shipping and handling and was told it would take 1-2 days to process and 1-5 days to transit. Contacted the seller on December 9 to ask where my shipping information was. I received an automated response saying they would get back to me. On December 11th, after no response from the seller I emailed them and told them I wish to cancel my order for a refund. On December 13th I received a message saying they had shipped it and provided a tracking number. I checked the tracking number on December 18 and it still showed that the shipper still had not received the order. This the is the tracking number *** Which to date says the label was only ever printed. I have seen a number of reviews now on the Revdex.com website and this seems to be a common occurrence with this business.

Horrible!! Horrible!! took almost a month to get delivered after emailing them with status and nothing. Received rose bear and its horrible... some of the rose buds are missing the actual rose. There is glue everywhere and the box is filthy , if you run your finger you can leave a mark. AND TO TOP IT OFF THERE IS HUMAN HAIR IN BETWEEN THE ROSE BUDS!!! oh and it smells disgusting!!!! never again !!!!! don't even bother with them. Placed order on Dec 6th. I have not recieved my order an they have not replied to my 2 emails. Im disputing my order tomorrow since I have an email from them 2 days ago an its still not in transit but I have a tracking number that's useless. Horrible company. I am extremely upset and If I request a refund from the company, the company will give me store credit and I don't want that at all, I just want my money back.
