Ordered a galaxy rose from there and been charged for it and never got tracking number. No replies to emails as well
My bank statement I been charged for the galaxy rose with quick processing and says would be shipped within 24 hours it's been almost 2 weeks! I emailed them for a refund and still nothing! No replies
To get my refund and shut down since they have no customer service and they just charge you and you get nothing

I made a order for my girlfriend and bought the enchanted galaxy rose on December 11th. It's now been a week and I haven't receive anything.
I bought a galaxy enchanted rose with my debit card for the amount of $37.46. The company stated it would take 1-3 business days to process and 4-7 days to ship. It's not shipped and I haven't received an email for shipping. I bought it on December 11, 2019 and it's not one week since I bought it. I lost money and I may have lost my girlfriend.
To please contact the company or have an officer of the local area visit the company because I will sue the company if I do not receive any either the product that is presented in the photo or a refund in the amount I bought it for.

I received a confirmation email that stated "Orders can take up to 1-2 business days to process + transit time (typically between 1-5 business days). On December 11th I sent them an email because I hadn't received a shipping confirmation yet. They replied stating that my order had shipped with a UPS tracking number. That tracking number *** I clicked on it and said it would be delivered by the end of the day today. It never came. They did not sent me a shipping confirmation until I sent them an email asking about it and they should have come UPS today but they never showed. My wife sent them a message on their Facebook page tonight and they have yet to respond.
I would like my money back. They failed to get the item shipped within the allotted timeframe and it still hasn't been received. I think it might be a scam.

Company takes your money yet doesn't deliver products or respond to customer inquiries
I placed an online order with the company on Dec. 12th. My card was charged, I received an email saying they were processing my order and that they would email me again with shipping/tracking information. To date I have not received my product, no email with the shipping information, and they will not reply back to attempts to reach them through their customer support email. When calling the 800 number you get a recording saying no one is available to take your call to leave you information and they will respond back to you yet they never do.
I simply want my money refunded to me...

On 12.9.19 I purchased two Galaxy Roses from dose-roses.com. I paid $30.93 through Amazon pay and was promised delivery in 5-7 business days. They just shipped the product at the end of last week and was supposed to be here in 12.17.19, which is more than 5-7 business days. Tracking was provided but seemed to stop in Benesville, IL with UPS. I have replied to their text message, no response and the number when called disconnects, and I have sent Emails to customer support. There is no response from the company. When. I called Amazon, they said they never put the purchase through and it was a scam.

I made a purchase for a Galaxy Rose on 12/3/19 order *** Item was shipped same day via UPS Mail Innovations with taking number *** and delivered by USPS on 12/12/19. Item arrived damaged. I emailed customer support three (3) times *** to address the issue and request replace or refund. Company has not responded.
Either replacement sent with express shipping or full and total refund.

The products are extremely cheap. I ordered a Galaxy Rose for my wife. The quality of the Galaxy Rose was less than that of the fake flowers you can buy at the Dollar Store. I would never order anything from them again.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY! I placed an order and was informed my order was "processing" a week later, still no notification of shipment. I sent 3-4 emails, and sent a DM on Instagram. It has been weeks Since I ordered something for my wife for the Holidays and have had no communication back from the company after multiple attempts to get tracking/shipping info. I was charged immediately, but not a word of communication since. I wish I would have done some research and found out about their terrible reviews and Revdex.com rating before purchasing. Got two of the galaxy roses through separate orders (one for me and one for my cousin for Christmas), and I received mine in the mail today.
I was extremely disappointed at the overall quality of this product. The screw is visible in the center of the rose that holds all of the petals to the "24K gold" stem. The stem is, undoubtedly, hallow plastic that's been painted a cheap gold color. I can see the hot glue globs that attach the iridescent leaves to the stem as well. The petals are a thin, flimsy plastic.
Shocked, I went on my laptop to re-read the product description to see if there was just a disconnect between an imaginary, high expectation I set for myself and reality, nope! They just don't ever ACTUALLY describe what the product is made of (and when they do, it is obviously a lie). I emailed requesting information on how I can return these products to receive a refund (without extra expense on my part) as it is NOT what is described AT ALL and I am embarrassed to have tried and gift this to someone I care so much about. I cannot believe these people took my hard-earned money that could be used on so much better (especially during the holiday season)!
I asked to be given a response by Friday or I will dispute the charges on my cards. Judging by all of the reviews I read here (curse me for not checking sooner), I do expect either a response nor any actual steps to refunding me my money.

I placed order number 107324 for a Galaxy Enchanted Rose for a total price of $37.46 with Dose of Roses on Dec. 7th. My credit card was immediately billed on Dec. 7th for the amount of $37.46. Their website claims 1-2 business days processing, and 2-5 business days for delivery. I contacted their support email provided on Dec. 12, and again Dec. 18th, and have not received any response.
I want a full refund of the $37.46, and I want my personal info and credit card info removed from their data base.
Dose of Roses finally delivered the ordered product, after they were contacted by the Revdex.com.

I place an order with this company on 12/5/19. I paid extra for expedited processing with a claim it would take less than five days. Since paying I haven't heard anything else from the company other than my order is still processing. I emailed the company on 12/14/19 requesting a status of my order *** Again I have not heard anything from the company whatsoever. I also feel based on the real consumer reviews on Revdex.com, they have used fake reviews with extremely high ratings placed on their website in an attempt to get orders. My card has already been charged and processed for this order. I either want a full refund for my order, or I would like some clarification on where and when I'm going to receive it. This is a gift.

I placed an order on 12/7/19. I received a confirmation email saying they received my order and it would processed in 1-2 business days and that I would get an email with shipping information. I never received an email with shipping information so I tried to call. They don't have a listed phone number and according to their website you have to contact them through email. I sent 5 emails with no response except to say that they received my email. I was able to get a phone number from the banking transaction that debited my account for $47.45. I called the number that goes directly to a voicemail. I left 6 messages with no response. I never received my item or any response from this company.
