Customer service is absolute garbage. No one answers no matter how many times you email them and they don't have any other way to contact them. Been almost 3 weeks and still have received any communication at all. Just want a refund now....don't waste your money here
Was told that the processing time was 1-3 days and I haven't even had an update on it since I've purchased the products more than a week ago

I've placed an order on December 6 and yet to receive the product or even processed.
2. Deception:
Dose of Roses are sophisticated in that they have over 20 Facebook accounts creating fake positive reviews while hiding people's complaints of not receiving this product. They do this by switching their view to most relevant and the people that have complaints are hidden. There have been other users that observed that their negatives comments are also deleted. If you notice many users will repeat comments such as music is playing, or they love their roses but will not post any pictures or respond.
3. Reporting
I have reported them to Facebook using the report feature; however, given the longevity of this page it seems Facebook is either unaware or being lied to by the site. If anyone has been a victim of this site, I recommend filing complaints.
4. Action.
I want my product that I order XXXXXX, completed and an apology.
I strongly suggest to merchant to either update their inability to meet supply and register their products as sold out and to complete their order.
5. Ignore:
If they continue to ignore my emails and messages on Facebook, I have already contacted my financial institution to help resolve this matter.

Total scam. They don't answer their support emails, and the UPS tracking numbers they give are meaningless, as the items never actually reach UPS' hands. I waited weeks, and emailed them multiple times. I had to contact my bank and reverse charges. Anyone claiming they're amazing are fake reviews, likely by the people running the scam.
Placed order almost 3 weeks ago for the galaxy rose in the case, paid for rush processing and yet the only thing I have gotten was a order number and no response from customer service, lost 60 dollars on this and now have to figure out quickly what to get my wife for Christmas
Unlike most people on here, I actually received my flowers. However, my flowers look like dollar store knockoffs. They are made with cheap plastic and cellophane petals and leaves. They were supposed to be uniquely designed... all of mine look the same. Furthermore, they were to ship 1 in a box, mine came 2 in a box and 8 of the 12 are damaged (broken leaves, smashed petals, etc.).
Their customer service has yet to respond to me to I went to social media. They removed my negative reviews and comments on Facebook. They blocked my negative post from their page on their Instagram. And they deleted my 1 star review on their website.
Do not buy from them. They are not worth the disappointment and lies.
the worst of the worst when it comes to services, they prioritize celebrities or influencers rather than real customers who are trying to surprise their loved ones. It's a real shame a company can do this. they don't bother contacting and hide or erase any negative comments or reviews from their social media sites or website where they sell their really questionable products. Please if you're looking to surprise a loved one with a lovely gift, stay far away from Dose of Roses. They're are similar sites as well doing the same thing. So be wary and do some research on the business you're giving service to the next time you make a purchase.
I bought something for 54.98 on November 14th . It's been over a month I asked if it was out of stock they said yes . I asked for refund they said no

I've emailed multiple times about when I would receive my order because I paid extra money for 1day shipping haven't gotten a response I want a refund
I've emailed them multiple times about helping me with my order and after to cancel because I paid extra money for 1 day shipping and fast delivery. It's been now way past the day I was supposed to receive it. I am very upset because I've been emailing them about wanting a refund and I haven't gotten a single response.

Rose Bear (small). Due to the incoming Christmas season during the placement of the
order, we received a high influx of orders which caused the delay in processing and not
meeting our Rush Processing. The item was shipped on December 18, 2019, and
several delivery attempts were made. The package was sent to a UPS Access Point
and remained at the location until another delivery attempt was made. On December 30,
2019, the customer refused the package, according to UPS. The package was finally
delivered on January 2, 2020. We have issued a refund for the Rush Processing since
we did not meet the time frame of the processing period. We cannot fulfill the customer's
request for a full refund since our policy under "Returns and Exchanges" does not offer
refunds to original forms of payment. By submitting an order with Dose of Roses Beverly
Hills, the customer has agreed to all policies and our Terms and Conditions.
I ordered a galaxy rose from this company about a week or two ago and it has not shipped nor will they email me back to talk about it.
I purchased this item on 12-2-2019 and it is currently 12-17-2019. I paid 19.99 for one galaxy rose and 8.99 for faster shipping methods. I have my tracking number but I'm sure it's a fake. I'm frustrated at the fact they wont even email me back.

no tracking number, multiple emails sent
My fiance ordered me a galaxy rose about a week ago. We still have no information on it other than the confirmation email and the fact that it was taken off of my debit card. We understand that it can take more than a week to receive it, but we were supposed to get a tracking number as soon as the order was processed. And according to my bank, it was processed but yet we still have nothing. This is sounding like a scam. He also has emailed the company directly multiple times and we still know nothing at all.
I would like our tracking number sent to us. And of course, we want what we purchased. If this can not be sent to us then we want a full refund.

I cancelled an order, payment was through Quadpay, which is still charging my card. They just emailed me saying they just shipped the item, they have no listed phone number, and they won't respond to emails. Quadpay also has no phone number... won't respond to emails either.
