I placed an order online. ,I received a confirmation number but never Any tracking info and cannot contact anyone

I pad with my debit card *** I received confirmation number but never any shipping info from them. And cannot get in contact with them at all.

During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders for the incoming Christmas season, resulting in the delay of processing and shipping. The order was shipped on December 18,2019, and delivered on December 28,2019. We are unable to refund the customer the total amount of the order since we do not cancel orders once they have been placed per company policy under "Returns and Exchanges". By placing an order with Dose of Roses Beverly Hills, the customer has agreed to all policies and our Terms and Conditions.

I placed an order with this company on dec. 2nd. I have since heard nothing from them. No movement in the order other than they received the order. I paid for rush processing and this is no rush. I have sent then 2 emails with no response. The payment was 38.73 with my Mastercard. The order

During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders for the Christmas holiday which caused a delay in the processing of orders. We have refunded this order because the order was never shipped. The refund was issued on December 18,2019.
I purchased this item two weeks ago and they just now create a shipping label for it. It was a Christmas gift and now who knows if it'll be here.
The item that I purchased is not cheap. It costed me about $70 in total. The kind of shipping that I chose was Rush Shipping. However, I ordered this item on December 2nd early in the morning. It is now December 14th, and the shipping label was created on December 13th. I tried to contact customer service about this issue, but no one contacted me. All I received was an email saying that my request has been received and is being reviewed by staff. No communication afterwards, and I created it on December 10th. I am afraid that my item will not be here in time for Christmas. I am also concerned that my item will not be of the same quality as advertised. I have recently read many reviews regarding the same issue as I am having currently and they all say that the same thing as I am saying now.

I received an order confirmation on December 8th 2019 at 12:56am. It has been over a week and I still have not received a tracking number or an email back in regards to my order. My order # is ***. I sent the company an email on the 11th, 13th and 14th to their customer support which was in their confirmation email and again on their actual site. I paid using my credit card where the funds were already taken from my card.
I would like to be refunded the for half of what I paid $75 due to the serious negligence of the business, the inconvenience and just poor customer service altogether. I would also like my items to still be delivered with rush shipping considering this was a gift for a loved one.

I was billed $36.50. It is now December 15th, 2019. I have emailed this company left and right about when I will get an update for the item I have purchased. No update at all, not even an email back. I later find out this company advertised on Facebook was a scam and would just like my money back and for someone to pay the price.

Dose of Roses is one of my trusted online shops. I always buy my roses here, they're good for all occasions, in any month of the year. The services get better with time, too.
I would leave zero stars if I could because they have done nothing for me. I ordered December 3rd and received a order confirmation, but nothing else. I have emailed twice (since there is no phone number to call) requesting a status update and I have heard nothing back. This is totally infuriating. I originally wanted them for a birthday gift but now it doesn't even look I'll receive them to give as a Christmas gift. They clearly only respond to good reviews, something is fishy here. Placed an order on 12/2/19. Payment was taken from my account yet items have not bee received. No shipping tracking number received. Have tried contacting and have still not received a response. Very upsetting since my son asked me to place this order for him for his girlfriends Christmas gift and it doesn't look like he will be receiving it. $77 loss for a 16 year old is a lot. Currently on phone with my bank filing a claim.
They will not answer my emails. Their website is extremely misleading stating product is shipped 1-2 business days after ordering and delivery time is 3-5 business days. It has been 13 days since I ordered my items and I just received a notification 5 days ago that the "shipping label was created" but when I check the tracking number, UPS never received the package. This is a completed scam. I also paid an extra $2 for "rush" shipping. This business needs to be shutdown as it is a complete scam. They are misleading, do not deliver on their value, and do not answer any of their customers. I am convinced all the good reviews are fake comments posted to keep this business alive.

I finally did receive my order. However, I fully believe that the company should have taken a full 5 minutes to respond to my emails to let me know what caused the delay, what they were doing to resolve the issue, and what I should've expected to happen. I ordered a Galaxy Enchanted Rose on Dec. 5th for my gf to give to her on Christmas. I also paid extra for rush processing. My order # is ORDER ***. Nothing since. On the 12th I emailed asking why my order had not shipped, received an automated response that they received my question. I emailed again in the 15th.
